Help is hard to find in the store. When I finally do find someone its almost as if I'm bothering them. At least at Publix a happy associate takes you right to the item you're looking for. Not at this store. You're better off shopping online.

They need HELP, Professional help that KNOW SOMETHING.

There never seems to have an employee available and have to continue to walk around looking for assistance

Shop at Port Richey, Holiday,Stadium, Bruce B Downs, Carrolwood, Spring Hill and surrounding instead, All are better run than this store. There are a few good employees at this store but most are bad. Management of this store isn't much better.

I love shopping at this store. The staff are knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and go beyond the call of duty to help. The store is clean and accident free.

Have shopped this store many times & have always found plentiful, knowledgeable & courteous associates to help with my needs. Earlier this week, I stopped in around 9:15 P. M., as I was in need of something to repair what I thought might be a small leak in my walk-in shower tiles. Even at this late hour, I received courteous, helpful & knowledgeable assistance from “Cameron & Josh”, both of whom ensured that I headed home in confidence & satisfaction with my purchases. Kudos to the management & more importantly, the associates of this store, for maintaining your core values of Customer Service. It does not go unnoticed!

The salespeople are rude and the supervisors don't care.

There was at least 8 electric carts which a cart is a necessary for me to shop due to my disabilities. Unfortunately 6 of the 8 of the carts had signs that they were disabled. If I do not have a cart I cannot shop and there is a large elderly and disabled patrons in this area so those carts need to be fixed quickly.

Bought several large items. Process was very smooth. Everyone very helpful to make this so smooth. Wonderful!

More often then not, when I go there, the isles I need to go into are constantly blocked by employes using loaders. Then isles are left blocked for no reason until you bring it to the employees attention. Seems they should dedicate an hour or so moving high items lower (keeping lower levels stocked) when the store closes to the customers. So loaders are not blocking isles constantly throughout the day.

Every sales associate that I dealt with was so polite, knowledgeable and willing to assist.

Mechelle and Bob in appliances were both very pleasant, informative, helpful, and NON-pushy.

The associate David C was a great help. With taking me to the aisle that the product was in.

I bought a washer dryer online using a 10% off coupon. I went into the store to see it in person and found I liked a more expensive set better. The salesman helped me cancel my order and then repurchase the other one but refused to honor my 10% off flier. I asked why and he said you can only use it on one purchase. I said I am only using it once the other order was canceled. It didn’t make sense to me and left me extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.

Mechell in the store was very helpful and friendly! Patricia in the garden center was also very helpful and friendly!

It is a little tricky a times to drive out the parking lot.

I waited at least 10 minutes in appliances to ask about air filters for my 6 mo old Frigidaire refrigerator, only to finally be told we don't carry them, you have to go online!!. Next I wanted a ceiling fan for my lanai, and couldn't find an employee to ask a question. I bought one but never got my question answered.

The floor employees were fantastic and answered all of my questions. One of them even helped my husband load the cart. However, the customer service employee was really rude and had a bad attitude. She kept telling me how the floor employees don’t know the rules.

I was driving going to Home Depot but because the road was congested because of evacuees from hurricane Milton I instructed my handyman to negotiate the purchase of long ladder at the store and he did got my card and negotiate for me without my presence. He got it and installed window shutters to protect from hurricane Milton Thank you Home Depot sales lady for the great help.

Sales representative greeted us as we came into the store to look at the dryer. The purchase was quick and painless. Representative was efficient and explained all we needed to know.

I bought a hot water heater in the morning and installed it and when the mail came I got a 10% off coupon and went back to the staore but they would not honor it without bringing back the water heater. I think they should have worked with me and saved me the $50..00 dollars I wa entitled to.

I suggest going to the US 19 location where they are more professional towards their customers and don't abuse their credit cards.

Staff extremely helpful. Very attentive. I am not a fan of self checkout as I like to interact with cashier.

Cathy in customer service is such a valued employee! Thank you for having her on staff. She accommodated my husband and I through a return and we even purchased the next level up tool do to her experience and knowledge. Very happy customers! She made my husband so thankful for serving in our United States Army. Keep giving ownership with all your staff. Thank you.

Cashier was terrible. Should not be allowed to be on your phone out in the open. This is a job you’re not at home.

You are buying the bottom of the barrel when you buy their product. Absolutely no quality control or pride in their product. I would highly recommend buying a different brand or shop elsewhere for doors.

Looking for a new dishwasher. We met Bob. Awesome personality, clean and just an Awesome and Amazing gentleman. He knows how to listen and cares for the customer's needs. All our future appliance needs will be with Bob and Store #6865.
