We recently came to visit for 3 months and though the staff don't know us, they go out of their way to be helpful and courteous. They are available, approachable, and outgoing.

I love shopping at this Home Depot because of the knowledgable staff, friendly service, easy layout and convenient location. I spend too much time here, but it is easy to take on new projects when so many at this location can give some guiding tips about the products needed and tools to use.

Had plenty of shop vacs to select from

Sales staff does not know what is required for a refrigerator installation.

A frustrating checkout trying to use our military discount for the first time was defused by our cashier Rene who walked us through the process of downloading the app in order to access our QR code. If Rene was not there, with the patience of a saint, we would have left and never returned. Our purchase was significant enough to get the offer we were promised. Thank you again, Rene.

My cashier was very thoughtful, courteous and helpful. She got her supervisor involved in getting authorization for no interest within 18 months. This was above and beyond because my coupon had expired for the offer just two days prior. They are both to be commended for their caring consumer service! Sorry I forgot supervisor’s name but Charlene was my cashier and was awesome! Thanks to both!!

This store always has what you need and are always ready to help. Customer Service is not Dead.

We had a great time picking out our laminate flooring because associate Vinh was so friendly & helpful.

This New Port Richey Home Depot is my favorite Home Improvement Store to shop in. I much enjoy the friendly help from this group of employees & feel like I make new friends or see familiar faces, not only of the helpful employees, but of the customers, as well... Each and every time I enter the store I'm always asked if I can be helped and they leave me right to what I'm looking for

I was able to find someone right away to help with a question in the plumbing aise. Then Debra in the garden center was very pleasant and helpful with my large purchase of topsoil. She rang me up and arranged for someone to come (in 5 minutes!) who loaded 10 of the 40 pound bags into my trunk. I was very happy with all the help I recieved and how pleasant everyone was.

Employees are always willing to help me. Being in a wheelchair they are very attentive to me which is nice. They give me space to shop but are right there to help if needed. They also put my purchases in my car for me very nice.

Does not take FL driver’s license with veteran designation for veteran discount. Other stores in Pasco, hillsborough and Pinellas accept - recognizing FL has been provided credentials before it indicates VeTERAN.

Home Depot gives Military Discount!. But They Don't for Appliance why not! we all serve our county Proudly.

Every employee I encountered on my visit was incredibly kind and helpful! I didn't pass by a single employee without being greeted. Janice at checkout was amazing and helped me very quickly scan my items and apply my tax form. There were some other gentlemen around the store that helped me a lot, I unfortunately can't remember their names off the top of my head, but there was a gentleman with a black face mask that helped me get some items from a tall shelf, and another gentleman with a black stud earring that asked how my shopping was going and was able to point me in the direction I needed to go. I previously worked retail myself for ~8 years and I'd say this was a 10/10 experience!

Cashier had an attitude, wish I never got in her “phone sales” line, should of stopped transaction and left store but didn’t want to reload concrete at another location “which she offered no help loading after I bought it

I visites Home Depot at Ridge Rd. and Little Rd. I needed information on an electrical problem and the salesman was able to provide the neccessary information. Thank you

Go visit Andre if a door is needed. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. Great experience.

Terrell and Dave were so helpful, they went above and beyond to assist me with locating tile! I will return to this location because of their friendliness and helpfulness!

The employees in this store are generally rude and they do NOT support the military or veterans. Go to Holiday or Port Richey. Both of those stores are WONDERFUL!!!

Store well organized, can always find someone to help

WENT TO PURCHASE MULCH ON SALE, PAID FOR IN GARDEN CENTER AND PRESENTED MY VA ID CARD AND WAS TOLD THEY CANNOT HONOR THE CARD FOR DISCOUNT BECAUSE MULCH WAS ON SALE. THIS IS BS. ALSO WAS TOLD WHERE THE MULCH WAS AND I CAN LOAD MYSELF. AGAIN THIS IS BS. I PURCHASED 20 BAGS AND WHEN I WAS 2/3 THROUGH LOADING AND ASSOCIATE POPS UP AND GOES TO HELP WITH THE LAST 4 BAGS, AGAIN BS. WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER HOME DEPOT AGAIN.

Please advise your sales representatives to ask for an ID, with the customers residential address, so that items that they paid for, does not turn-up (delivered) too my neighbors.
