We are business owners and visit Home Depot several times a week and have visited the majority of them within 100 miles. The Little road store is always my favorite! No matter the time of day, in every department there's always a happy, knowledgeable, friendly associate willing to help!

Had a great visit I went in after work and was in a hurry to get what I needed, and an associate was there to help me every step of the way

Alicia who works at the New Port Richie store was excellent in every way. Will come back to this location because of her. Professional, Polite, helpful and friendly! Management do your team an honor and add her!!!

Very clean store with friendly and knowledgeable employees.

If you need assistance seek out Manager Taylor or assistant manager Mike. If these guys can’t get you from point A to point B, it does not exist.

This store is great. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We use only Home Depot. Home Depot replaced our carpet and baseboards and did a great job with no exceptions. Home Depot was hired to hang blinds we purchased from them. I also purchased 1 set of drapes and curtain rods from Home Depot. The price to hang the blinds was $135 for up to 10 windows. I had only 3 blinds to hang and the one curtain rod, which I was told would all be done when the measurements were taken. After two trips to my house the curtain rod was still not hung, after being told it would be. I complained to the store and was told it would be corrected. After a few months now, and being told twice it would be done, it's still not done and no more contact from Home Depot. I still really like the store though and use it rather than one a little closer that is smaller.

I walked in the store, stroled to plumbing, found an employee, Bob, without looking all over.

Appliance department staff made ordering a new stove easy! Thank you!

For many many years I buy my poinsettias here for they are the best anywhere.

I commonly choose this location for its convenience. Usually always find just what I need. When a return is necessary, there is never a problem. Great seevicr.

The employees were very helpful and friendly, asking to help, did I find everything that I was looking for? I thought they were helpful, and knowledgeable. The cashier was outstanding, Ileana, was an absolute joy checking the products out. She was the icing on the cake. Far surpassing expectations. Nicer than a BAM, ask her!!

it was a disgrace not getting help for a man who just had a quadruple bypass heart surgery and needed help buying a sheet of plywood and get it to his vehicle

I received amazing customer service and Janice at self checkout went above and way beyond helping me out. She provided amazing service with a smile and treated me like I was her first customer of the day a few minutes before closing. She is an amazing asset to the company!

Just bought the same carpet and padding that we bought in March of 2022. Was very pleased with the purchase/installation of product and can't wait to see it in the main bedroom.

All the employees were helpful and asked if there was anything I needed help with. Lifted the wood for me and then proceeded to cut it to size.

I had a warm welcome from a pleasant employee. I asked an employee where the A/C filters were and they responded right away with a smile. I found the filters and another nice employee showed me where my size was. Checkout was quick and the cashier was very nice.

I have 3 pieces of titanium in my back. I waited an hour, asked 5+ employees for assistance and NO ONE helped me. After I began loading the 60lb bags myself, one employee, Jordan offered to help. During that hour waiting, my house was flooding. Absolutely unacceptable it took that long and how the employees ditched a customer

I was looking for some large ceramic pots I saw online. Gerardo at my Home Depot went way above and beyond in locating the pots, unboxing them so they would fit in my car and then disposed of the boxes. And he was so darn pleasant about it the whole time. It was hot, heavy sweaty work and it took him over 45 minutes but he never once complained. He deserves a raise!

I was helped with the purchase of a new bathroom exhaust fan, and the man went above and beyond showing me how to install it. Check out lady was also helpful! All were very friendly and polite.

Love the nice employees and kind folks.

8/2/22 Christian in millworks is rude and unprofessional. Maria asked where a type of panelling was, he pointed to the aisle we stood in, never looked at her or us. We told him we couldn't find it, he said he would send someone over, again never looked at us and never stopped walking away. After waiting for some time we asked a lumber associate who tried for a while to find and began trying to call Christian.l since it was in his area. He had turned his phone off and left it on the desk.

We were waited on immediately, didn't have to look for someone with exceptional attention to what we needed & went beyond what we were expecting. New guy Bob & a super helpful lady didn't catch her name but Thank You!

I pulled up in my F250 Tremor and Shawn quickly moved shopping carts out of the way of myself and other trucks pulling in. Moving twice as fast as other employees in the lot. Great employee!

I bought a Ryobi mitre saw several months ago and it was defective because it did not cut true. Through the assistance of “Lou” in tool rental, Maria, dept mgr, and Chrissy, customer service, they solved all my problems regarding my return. Can’t say enough positive things about them. They were excellent examples of how to treat people and solve problems. Was completely satisfied with my trip to this Home Depot and will recommend them highly to my family and friends.
