I Like to mention that Pam at the prodesk is great when it comes to finding Solutions on my projects always there to help and always has a smile and very positive person to work with.

This is a friendly, helpful store. I have never had a bad experience here. Yeah, I have been here and not found what I needed, but the staff will do anything reasonable to bring you to that conclusion or, more likely, help you find what you need. Employees seem to know the store from one side to the other, and if it is something they are unfamiliar with, they know who to call. Top notch Home Depot.

Cashier was rude and had no idea what she was doing, manager would not come and speak with us after requested instead relayed messages back and forth over the phone with the cashier. Completely unprofessional and I will drive the extra time to pass this store to shop somewhere else. Never again.

I just sent in a glowing review regarding Jon in lumber but was cut off because I have trouble typing. Jon took care on me instead of going on his break. He told another employee that he was on his way to take a break but this customer needed help first. You can't improve on that kind of service

I LOVE DAVE IN PAINT!! EVERYONE DOES HE KNOW HIS PRODUCTS AND GIVES PERSONAL QUICK ASSISTANCE WITH ALL SERVICE AND PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE. DAVE SHOULD BE MOVING UP IN MANAGEMENT.

This was the best Home Depot in the area. When I walked in I could already tell that the store was well taken care of. The wood was all stacked neatly and was well stocked. It was also apparent that the quality mattered at this store. The employees were very helpful and they stayed busy making sure everything was taken care of. The first call to the store I spoke to Pete and he took the time to walk over and check on stock and let me know that the plywood I needed was in stock even though the website said it wasn't. I drove up and was helped by Cameron who helped pick and cut the wood making sure we were satisfied at each step along the way. After cutting the wood he took the time to clean up the station to make sure the cutting area stayed clean. He helped check us out by letting the clerk know what we had gotten. She was smiley and nice as well. Thank you all for a great experience.

Excellent Customer Assistance. We were in search of product to finish our garage floors. CINDY from the paint department was knowledgeable and so helpful. She expalined all the choices we had and how to apply. This was a great experience all due to the expertise of a employee assistant. Thank you Cindy!

YOU NEED TO MOVE THE 'check outs' TO THE STORE ENTRANCE..."iT'S WHERE WE PARK!!!" TOO FAR TO WALK ALL THE WAY TO THE ENTRANCE WHEN IT'S HOT OUTSIDE...pLUS ALL THE TRAFFIC IN THE PARKING LOT!!bad setup!! WE HAVE TO WALK AMOUNG ALL THE CONTRACTORS COMING AND GOING IN FRONT OF US..VERY UNSAFE!

I never participate in on line surveys but I was so impressed with Julie in the door department that I have felt compelled to do so. I had the BEST-BEST-BEST experience in this particular Home Depot location with a multiple door/plumbing/drywall/insulation, order that Julie handled for me. I usually make all of my larger, or special order purchases through the PRO Desks in many different HDs and other stores. Home Depot has always treated me really well. I was being assisted by Julie in the door department late in the evening one night. After she paid attention to the broad scope of the items I needed to order and purchase; Julie offered me Pro Desk service herself!!!! She was SO GREAT eventhough it was close to closing time. She even called me the next morning to reconfirm all of my order. I cannot say enough about how impressed and won-over I was by her customer service! HD is fortunate to have such a valuable employee. She is the type of person I look for when I hire new employees myself! THANK YOU JULIE!

Had my 88 yr old dad in their and a worker helped my dad with the rider cart. Also couldnt find salt in bags and they helped us and delivered mulch to his car. Very wonderful people!
