Great hardware store.has everything I am looking for not out of stock,clean and bright atmosphere with very polite and helpful employees.dont mind driving from Spring Hill with confidence I’ll have only the one trip. Very happy.

David McIntosh In Kitchen & Bath was extremely helpful and explained the Home Services Program. Through this program we had a home visit from a licensed installer who brought samples of Quartz for a new countertop. We can recommend this program to anyone interested in it, and it comes with no obligation to purchase. During a short and very comprehensive visit we were very comfortable purchasing a new quartz kitchen countertop.

Generally this store is what you need to get the job done. Outstanding employees in Customer Service and Kitchen Design as well as Appliances. There are too few people at times but that is indicative of the times we live in, large stores need to cut back in order to provide the price and service. This HD does have excellent help who are ready to fill in wherever needed.

All of the employees were amazing. I received lots of help from loading the lumber onto a cart to helping me load my truck. Great staff.

I have purchased a lot of my power tools and building supplies from home deDep over the years I go to them for all my needs I have always been treated very well by every employee I talked to, I would recommend home Depot to anyone who wants to get a great deal and respect from their employees.

It is my go-to store for all my home and yard needs.

Unfortunately sometimes, the staff gets it wrong. Most of the time they are on point. It is easy to bring back items and exchange or return. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. This time I needed white paint for my roof. The associate sold me a paint that went on blue and finished black once dry. Not too happy about that since I am an older gentleman and it is very hard for me to get around. Now I have to pay someone a second time to paint my roof. I am on a fixed income, also it doesn't help my wallet when a black roof increases my electric bill too. I still enjoy going to The Home Depot if I need to. This location has good staff and are very friendly.

I have been going to this location since it opened. 99% of the time the staff is very friendly and I have no issues getting what I need for the improvements I make on my home. Returns are very easy. I have 99% of the time not had any issues. I really enjoy the positive attitude of the staff.

unless you come here by public transportation or the vehicle you drive is old & you don't care how the tree trimmers damage it STAY AWAY

Walking into an enormous store like Home Depot and not knowing where to locate an item, suddenly an orange aproned associate asks, "Do you need assistance?" Relief ensues when the worker leads you to the item, and bingo, there it is. "What else can I assist you with today?" On to the next purchase in the garden section. The associate directs you to the person who will gladly assist. Heavy loads are lifted and placed on the flatbed cart. The cart is wheeled to the cashier, and the associate provides instruction on where to meet him after paying for the purchases. He loads the car of heavy items carefully into the trunk of my car and refuses any tipping for his assistance. Now that is Home Depot Service!

Somewhat impressed about the friendliness of the store employee's throughout the store. They appear relaxed and are are very pleasant.

I would like to say that JONI in cusomer service is such a nice person to do business with. I forgot my glasses and she entered my info because the letters on the screen were to small for me to see. She also smiles a lot and over all just made me feel welcomed. As Arnold says,"I will be back".

You will find the help you need from the well trained and courteous workers in every department. They truly care.

Claire went far out of her way to satifise us. Store was clean & quite organized. Many associates were very willing to help us any way they could.

Employees are very helpful, explained everything in great detail but on the order out of 4 phone numbers only one was correct, and a over charge of almost $100.00 that was thankfully caught by a different person.

If you need help from knowledgeable staff go to this Home Depot!!!

Very clean store. The staff are extremely friendly especially cashier Lori.

Great store, great service. I only wish the store was even closer to my home, but it's worth the extra mile to drive. This HD is much better than other home improvement stores as they actually have people working there that know what they are doing and act professional at all times. I have NEVER had a bad experience at HD..never.
