Your employee Virginia was very friendly , she greeted me and my wife with a welcoming smile and showed us the app to find the exact location of the item we needed , very impressive and helpful.

The store was very easy to navigate and the associates were very nice and helpful. I really appreciated that the cashier was so bright and cheery. I will definitely be returning soon!

Only bad experience with this store is the parking lot. It is very difficult to get around in the lot with a big truck or car for that matter. Sometimes I do have trouble getting an employee to help in the lumber area. You have to really get their attention. Good variety of products and the employees are generally really helpful.

I came in today for bubble wrap, and was walked personally to the aisle by a nice young lady. I also found they had s replacement bulb, odd size, here, a trip saved and cheaper here too. I went in with only one thing to purchase and came out with more than expected. One stop shopping and kindness here.

Great display for indoor lumber

Most of the time that I go to this Home Depot there are always employees to greet and refer you to the aisle that you need. They even send someone there to help you find your items. So as far as I'm concerned it is a GREAT store to shop in.

I was a regular when in Florida but had a bad experience when ordering a new carpet for our master bedroom. Staff was not pleasant at all when placing the order. Contractor did not call me back.

I do enjoy coming to this Home Depot location as the customer service is always above and beyond. I find the self checkout to be a great asset also when there are not many cashiers and if your in a rush. The access to this location is much safer than the other's in my area. This location always seems to have what i need and always in stock, which is a Huge plus especially during the Hurricane Season.

This is a great store and the employees always reach out to help. Keep up the good work.

Awesome experience purchasing our new Refrigerator! Sales person was exceptional and we were in and out in a timely manner! I was able to pay the same person who sold it to me....no going back and forth and having to wait as with their competitor! Would highly recommend Home Depot for your home improvement needs and especially in their Appliance Department!!!

Purchased appliances from Home Depot, New Port Richey, Little Road store recently and found the Appliance Specialist, David Bell, to be extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional in handling the transaction. I will definitely plan on making purchases from this store again.

Always treated with respect. Upon walking into the store, I'm always greeted. If I have a question about something, I don't have to look far for assistance. And as I'm leaving, they always say have a nice day & thank you for shopping The Home Depot.

The store it self is not bad other than the fact that they don’t have signs. The majority of the staff is very friendly but some of them have no clue of what is going on. The manager is kind of rude and did not take the time to explain to the customer what is going on.

This store is usually a good shopping experience and has the items I need to get my projects done at a fair price compared to the other big box store.

You will find that the employees are friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help answer any questions you might have. They make your experience in store very pleasurable. Also a very clean store in and out, can find items easier than other stores.

The employees in this store seem to know a lot more when you ask them a question than the other store in Port Richey. It makes it easier to get in and out when you have someone who knows where things are in the store.

I would highly recommend this store for not only quality and quantity of items found here, but because of the customer service in which is stand alone even from other location....it's worth driving a bit to got to a location where you can not only find what you need but get help anytime you need, great job...
