I would highly recommend this store for not only quality and quantity of items found here, but because of the customer service in which is stand alone even from other location....it's worth driving a bit to got to a location where you can not only find what you need but get help anytime you need, great job...

This store is always clean and stocked. The employees are helpful and courteous. Whenever I need something for a home project, I always feel confident that my questions will be answered and the materials I need for the job will be at Home Depot.

I had a great experience at this Home Depot in the Lawn and Garden center. Two wonderful and helpful employees, Lamar and Karem, helped me, a retired single lady, find what I needed, showed me how to set up the landscaping fencing for my project, got me a flatbed, loaded it, and then loaded it in my vehicle. Awesome service -- with smiles!!!!

I Luv shopping at this Home Depot...the staff are always kind, helpful and have some great tips !! I appreciate the time they have taken to help me with questions I may have...wish more places would get a clue about customer service !!

Employees at this store are very helpful. I am a widow and often need help determining what I need to purchase to fix or improve something around the house. They provide friendly professional advise and make an effort to walk you to the area or aisle where you will find what you need to purchase. They make sure your purchase is correct and welcome you to return anything that does not work with the promise to help you anytime.

Roberta the cashier was very nice and helped me save $25 by signing me up for a credit card. She was very knowledgeable too. Thanks so much.

I always am able to find someone to help me if I have a question. They assist me and are honest about the product they are advising me to buy and it's not just to get me on my way. I appreciate going into a store and being able to find someone to help without waiting and waiting. Great Store to shop in.

If you ever need assistance with any type of wood related needs please ask Pete. I wanted to refurbish my mom's vintage dining chairs and wasn't sure what type or thickness of wood to use on the bottom of the seat cushions. Not only did Pete help me select the proper wood but he also took the time to precisely cut six individual panels, one for each chair. I almost felt as if he was cutting them for his own project! It's hard to find people that go above and beyond like Pete did!!!

Nice Store - Helpful staff

We are remodeling our kids bathroom so we've been to this store a few times lately..I had to get a paint sample and the employee there was very helpful and friendly, unfortunately, I don't remember his name, in assisting us with getting it a few shades lighter than what the actual sample was, and it ended up being the perfect color! We also had to purchase a bathtub, which ultimately we didn't get from Home Depot but at Lowes, but only because they had more of what we were looking for..but I have to say..the Lowe's store, the bathtub display area was FILTHY.. and they even had leaks in the roof, and buckets collecting the water..which is kind of ironic, seeing that it's a Home Improvement store ! Quite the turnoff. We went back to your store later and looked at bathtubs again and your display was very clean, much better than the competition. Just wanted to let you know.

My husband and I have shopped this store for many years. The staff is very knowledgeably, very helpful, and very accessible. The products are usually very well stocked and easily found. I have found on the unusual occasion that I, as an older woman , need to fix something around the house. (a running toilet comes to mind) The staff was particularly helpful and patient with a total novice in this area and I was able to impress my handy husband when he saw what I did.

Linda in the garden center was awesome and a great rep for Home Depot. She was cheerful and helpful. Customer service is everything to me--that's why I return.

This store is better than most Home Depots I have shopped. I really miss Menards. I recently moved from Northern Illinois. Need a lot of stuff because of the move. If there was a Menards near New Port Richey they would get 90% of my business. I could have saved a hundred bucks on all the miscellaneous stuff. Needed to buy. Such as cleaning supplies, nuts and bolts, screws, ;hardware for hanging stuff on walls. You seem to be about 3% less expensive than Lowes. Too bad I have to pack a lunch and wear my hiking shoes when I run in to get some screws.

The store is clean, employees are friendly and they always have what I want in stock.
