Really happy to have the store nearby me many employees in the Department of Professional know what they're talking about.

Courteous and neat about themselves and the items they represent

I visit this store a lot. It's usually very clean, as it was today. The associates are very friendly. I'm just having a hard time understanding why there would be four to six tickets on a display only to find out there are NO items in the store to match that ticket. The sales associate was kind enough to check the inventory of another store. That inventory shows four in stock. She was kind enough to call... Only to find out, there is ZERO in their stock. Isn't the inventory of chain stores checked and maintained by computer ?

I love our Home Depot. Never a problem there. The only beef I have is nursery doors are closed until 8. when I have a big load of dirt or rocks I do not want to go through the whole store to check out. open the doors earlier

Had an encounter with a supervisior. Absolute terrible and nasty response at this store. I’m a Trauma RN and would never speak to a customer in such a manner. Just degrading and not nice. Regretfully, I will not be shopping where they treat their customers this way.

The customer service in this store is nothing to write home about.

Very pleased with the window specialist, Andre', in the window department. He is knowledgeable, pleasant and resourceful.

Staff is friendly, Easy to get in and out of the store.

NICE DISPLAYS, GREAT EMPLOYEES EXCEPT NOT ENOUGH TO COVER HELP NEEDED IN AREAS LIKE FLOORING, PAINT, WOOD CUTTING, ETC. WHERE YOU CAN'T JUST PICKUP AND CHECK OUT AN ITEM.

I highly recommend Andre in the window and door department! He is extremely knowledgeable in building codes for our area and really helped guide us in the purchase of windows and doors for our new home. Best experience I’ve ever had at a home improvement store.

I am in this store often for work. Have ordered doors, mulch and assorted other purchases and have always been treated courteously and with respect. Someone is always willing to help and I have never been disappointed

the store is well stocked for most part and jimmy nails in hardware is very knowledgible and helpful. a pleasure to deal with.

Only comment I have is wish Home depot would recognize all veterans for each one gave his time and life for this country and should be given the 10 per cent discount regardless of a service connected injury because all have there sacrifices which those men and women who did not serve did not give up any thing.

Trish Barker was an amazing help to us. She took all the time we needed to ask the right questions, assess our needs and come up with solutions. She is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and a gem to work with!

I have shopped at this store since moving to the area. They are always helpful, answer my questions, and assist me as necessary. Great store.

The paint department took the time to enter my colors in the system so that my next visit to buy paint color matches my previous selection. The lady at the check out scanned each tube of caulk to ensure the store inventory remains accurate. It is these extra steps the ensure quality and accuracy. It is very appreciated.

Home Depot staff was very helpful with advice that made the job easier. Saved me a ton of time and money.

The store itself is great, but they took out all the regular check out lanes, and made most of them ring up your own stuff lanes. There is at least one that is a regualr cashier, but they don't identify it, and make it appear there are none. Dirty pool Depot.

They do not have enough help to do anything, but tell you it's down there, I'm sorry I don't work in this dept., I'll get someone to help you, ya sure if you don't die of old age waiting. The only thing in this store is stuff. Very poor customer service.

Virginia is a Paint Genius! Look for her in the Paint Department, she can resolve and guide you thru any paint process!
