Everytime, I come in to pick up an order from the team! I am always greeted with a smile and helped quickly.

I bought a new water heater and installation through Home Depot's contractor. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a new water heater installed within 24 hours. The pricing was very competitive with other suppliers. The installer was very friendly and helpful as well. Everyone was very professional.

I BOUGHT SOME PHILIPS LIGHTS TO PAIR WITH MY ALEXA, THE ASSOCIATE ALBERTO HELP ME TO CHOOSE THE BEST ONES FOR ME, THE LIGHTS THAT I BOUGHT WAS PHILIPS, IS A GREAT BRAND AND EASY TO INSTALL AND PAIR.

Consistently providing excellent customer service

I was looking for something to protect my lego project. The young woman in the department went out of her way to show me the best options.

I visit 3 Home Depot stores. All are good but find the East Lake branch to be better than the other two.

We always come to this particular Home Depot for they always have the tools my husband needs for the home projects

This Home Depot has a great employee to customer ratio. You can always find employees willing to help. Highly recommend.

I had a special order that took a little longer than expected to arrive, so we modified our plans on our remodel. With that being said some of the items I no longer needed and had to return upon its arrival. I was anxious that my return would make the attendants annoyed or upset, but I was pleasantly surprised with Rich and The other attendants great attitude and patience with my return. Thank you for being so Willing to help and being paciente with me on this Home Depot trip!

She well assisted me in choosing the right equipment & tools to progress in my Home Project. She rendered Her help to me Above & beyond her duty by not only saving time but money for choosing the right equipment & explain to me everything I needed, and not to rent the truck & trailer anymore & assisted me in many ways. This help me a lot on Sunday Morning to speed up the process of removing the sod in my loan, then compacted the soil. WELL DONE Ms. McCarthy this is the kind of help that your Company needed to retained a Customer to patronized your Good Company.

Jenifer at the Customer Service desk was awesome. Went above and beyond in walking me thorough and the problems I was having signing onto the Home Depot app to get my military discount. Very patient and tech knowledgeable!

This was my first visit to this Home Depot. I have been shopping at Home Depot’s in different states for many years, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of service I received this morning. If the saying that, “first impressions are lasting” holds true, I will strongly recommend the Eastlake Home Depot location to everyone. I would describe my experience as; customer service excellence oriented.

A new rule for returns will be that no gift card will be given without a receipt. I get very tired of Spanish announcements in a California store.

Goi, Martha & Andrea were very professional & helpful with answering all my questions & making it very easy & satisfying with purchasing a Samsung 5.1 cu ft top load washer & 7.4 cu ft front load gas dryer, all of the required additional parts, a 5 year warranty, pick-up disposal of my old washer & dryer & scheduled the delivery of my new washer & dryer.

Delivery guy "Martin" was rude. He just hang up while I am still on the phone. Call back in his phone is not possible and so with the voicemail. Recommend the store but not the Delivery guy "Martin".

I was in need of new flooring in my bedroom so i went to Home Depo Eastlake and Kelly was the best! She was personable, knowledgeable and went over and above to make sure that all of my needs were addressed. I could not be happier!
