Without going into too much details. I would just recommend that if anyone has to deal with customer service at this location. They have 0 worries for this team runs very smoothly, I specifically dealt with Hector, Kamilah and Lu. They are extremely professional, great problem solvers and quality customer care. I hope who ever is above them gives them some paid time off or take them out to dinner at the very least

I can't tell you how pleased with your outstanding employee Claudia Perry! And I don't shop there regular, but I will now. If you have any questions about Blinds, She's the one to go to.

I don't look any further that Home Depot to buy essential items for home.

I needed help with a drill gun and person in that department took time and walked me through brand and power of the tool battery life and other things. He was very helpful.

The staff here are very friendly and go the extra mile to help you.

The HD Rental Shop is fantastic. We've been renting the "right tools for the right job" for over 10 years. They have always come through for us; especially on those occasions where the tool breaks/doesn't work when I get home. Great Team in the Shop!

They were pleasant, friendly, informed and just all around helpful! I'm not sure how competitive the pricing is but it seems just a bit more than if I comparison shopped for a long time, and I want to reward the in-store experience/customer service so I don't mind paying a bit more.

when you come to this store, I would recommend going to this store around or after 6pm do to the people are easy to talk to and very helpful

I miss the instructional classes you used to have like how to install ceramic tiles. I'd like to see a class on installing flooring. Just a thought.

The associates are VERY friendly and happy to answer questions. I'm also impressed at how well they staff this store. Easy to find an employee all over!

Always enjoy shopping at Home Depots on site or from my computer. It's fun to explore in person or if strapped for time identify the Aisle and Bay of their goods on line then go find and buy it quickly because Home Depot keeps accurate location and quantities of their goods. When exploring Home Depot for DIY project goods or buying services or checking out or loading vehicle with purchased goods, Home Depot associates are always helpful ! The only thing that could make Home Depot better would be a hot dog stand and they should have one.

I asked an older associate about 5’-5 grey hair near the kitchen/ bathroom fixtures for the location of the oven parts that YOU DO SELL. I was told more than once “we do not sell oven parts”. I was looking for the electric burner and hardware assembly kit to connect the burner. These two items are needed to complete the oven to make it work. It’s that simple. ARE THESE NOT PARTS??!! The associate then told me it’s like a computer here at Home Depot,- you need to know exactly what you are looking for an know what to ask. ??! I have not heard such BS! I am not there to be technical I need help in locating parts you do sell. I don’t know what it is with these associates an the word “parts” because on my way to the register with my “parts” in hand,- I asked two more associates “do you carry any oven parts?” An again I was told no!! Then I raised my hand and said “well then what is this I’m holding”? Are these not parts to complete an oven? They did not know what to say. Their training did no go that far I guess. My advise to homedepot is stop saying NO right off the top, an take just a moment of your time and actually ask just what it is the customer is looking for.

For the first time... EVER, I was denied a Veteran’s discount by Traci because my military ID was expired. I’ve been coming to this store for at least 12 years and have NEVER been denied a military/Veteran discount (using the same ID). She seemed sweet at first and called me “love” probably 5 times. Very condescending. I will be going to Lowe’s from now on, since they honor my military service. They even have Veteran parking spots available. Thanks, Traci and Home Depot for the support!

The garden center is clean and well-kept. They have a huge inventory of plants. Employees are always friendly and helpful.

Checking out on Thursday June 3rd - Nicole was on checkout - pleasent and helpful. It has not always been that way at Home Depot.

The sale cashier. Jennifer at Eastlake store Chula Vista .ca 91915 was very pleasant and helpful. She took her time to assist me in my purchase and made my shopping experience great. The store is clean and organize. And a lot of friendly and knowledgeable people that's willing to help you and answer your questions.

The store was clean and fully stocked. What I needed was easily accessible, and at a a good price. The store associates were available to help when I needed it. One associate, assigned to the department where I was shopping, was preparing to help another customer with an involved purchase that would require him to block off the aisle and bring in a machine to pick an item off a high shelf. The associate noticed me waiting and determined that I needed simple help in loading my purchase onto a dolly. He politely asked the other customer if they minded if he helped me first, and then quickly helped me, so that I did not have to wait. I thought that was excellent customer service decision-making.

If only there were more associates like Mark. The guy stopped moving his pallet to help me in a department that he did not work in. I side-tracked him from his primary job & he kept a positive attitude the whole time. This guy deserves to be recognized & modeled after.

Very clean and well stocked

Always a great store. Employees are always helpful, cashiers are great, and is usually well stocked. Always clean and bathrooms are maintained much better than the Home Depot on H Street. I would say that the customer service line impedes with the aisle and the grills location. That area always has carts of returns which leaves only a couple feet for someone to pass by in the aisle when standing next in line. This really hinders the ability to social distance and trying to get through that aisle with a cart is very difficult, especially if you have a cart in the return line. Very concerning.

This store is very clean and organized. Their prices are good and the quality of their merchandise is great. I like how friendly the workers are. They take the time to say hello and smile, which is not seen as much these days. Way to Go Eastlake Home Depot!!!
