My old Mini Fridge Vissani lasted 2-3 years so I had to Buy Another One 😁

I approached one of the staff walking, describes as “obese black lady”, asking for directions, she just pointed me with her finger, and I am still lost. She did not take time to bring me to the aisle where I needed to be. She kept on walking.

I was waiting to pickup my order there were 3 people and a couple of them looked busy I patiently waiting until one of signaled me that they were ready A person cut I. Front of me and they did nothing about but I just let it go because o saw the other person became available so proceeded to the counter but he seemed occupied in a conversation with the other staff with no acknowledgment of my presence and then proceeded to chat with the other staff so I finally spoke up and asked for help , the staff turn a around and start accusing me of raising my voice at him and that he was simply not going to serve me and to go away ! I had to find the manager to get help. this is not the first time this happened to me at the order pickup counter of being ignored and when I ask for help they just act like I’m asking for some favor By the way I’m Asian

I have always purchased items from Home Depot but this time must call co for replacement or install instead I initiated call not right

I was in the market to replace my water heater. While in the plumbing department I was asked by an employee if I needed help. This is a first for me in a long time. Not only did they help me load my cart with a water heater she continued to help other shoppers , she was patient, knowledgeable and so helpful. I watched her deal with a male karen and she missed a beat , professional and continued to help this shopper no matter how much he acted like a karen. Amazing, keep up the great service Guzzy!!!!!

I appreciate the hassle- free returns. Estevan store manager went out of his way to compensate for damaged material delivered by a 3rd party. And another manager returned another item even though the return was out of the norm. That's why this is a 4 star review vice 1 star due to delivery problems, i.e., Ive had to return multiple heavy items because they were damaged by their 3rd part shipper.

Clean, well organized

Three times that I've placed an online order, and it was delivered damaged. The store did what they could to make it right.

We encounter four different employees and each provided helpful insight on what we needed.

Customer service exceeded expectations. Very helpful. And this place has everything you needed to your house.

Michala had her hands full but she still stopped and asked if I needed any help. She stood with me and called her associate, Irma. They both helped me with my selection and purchase. They were funny and kind and deserve recognition for their excellent customer service!

We have just purchased a new freezer from HD. We were delighted with the service provided by the associate in the Appliance Department, Nico. He was knowledgeable, generous with his time, and showed a special concern to match the available products with our particular needs.

This place has a wonderful set of employees, and I've never had a bad experience at this place ever. However, today was extra special, because Jennifer was absolutely wonderful!!!! I would recommend that she get the credit she deserves!!!!

Gary from the paint section was a really nice guy and helped me color match a paint that was from a different store. He even gave me lots of tips on how to paint and overall the experience was great. Super nice guy!

I have been purchasing items there non stop for over a year. We are so happy with the help in particular employee Isacc Peralta!

Brittany is an excellent associate. She assisted us throughout the visit and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

I went into the paint section hoping the two small samples of stucco would be enough to get a paint match that was close to the right colors. Oliver assisted me and did an amazing job. The paint matched perfectly…great job Oliver!!!

I like this store because of the people that work here. No matter which department you are in, they just seem happy to be able to work here.

Had to come back to get my rebate and Michaela was able to figure out the problem.

I went to this specific store today and it was an amazing experience. All of the employees were super friendly and helpful. They explained all the deals and asked how they could help us.

I came in a couple of times to purchase a tile saw but unfortunately the first one wasn't working and so I went for the manual one as the less expensive one was out of stock only to realize the manual tile cutters are not for thin cuts. The service there was great as they recognized me from my first visit and found d out about my dilemma. They went ahead and gave me a discount if I wanted to get something else so I ended up purchasing a better quality tile saw for a good price with the discount. They took care of my issue right away, it's not their fault the tools were non conforming. Thanks !

I went to Service desk after searching for a product to use on ant and termite control. Young woman at desk acted like I was bothering her. She waved me off to garden center. I told her I had already searched there and asked if she could look it up in the computer. HD doesnt carry the product. So then I asked if she could ring up my 2 other purchases. Two employees at this desk and there were no other customers. She was RUDE and such a poor attitude. Its a SERVICE DESK!

I had lost the receipt and the Cashier Jennifer went above and beyond to help locate the order and process the return. She seems very knowledgeable and friendly and that really helped make a difference. Thanks for the excellent customer service.

it takes way too long to track down someone to help me. The employees seem to never be in there depts. I literally have to look for someone to help me and it sucks!! I could spend 7 days and 6 nights looking for help. NO employee has ever said to me " hi, can I help you?"... nothing but crickets and then wearing down a pair of shoes walking around the store to find someone, which is the wrong person, so they have to call someone to come back to their dept. WHY? STAY IN YOUR DEPT!

Knowledgeable Staff, friendly service

I really was in a bind. My crew needed 14/4 electrical wire. I went online first to save me the trip tot he store in Eastlake. The associate on the CHAT actually called the store bc the item said LIMITED STOCK or OUT OF STOCK to check. She called the store all while I was on the chat in my office. She talked to JOEY and my man went to the aisles and climbed on the racks and was able to find a 100ft spool that was hidden among all the boxes of stuff. He put a note on it and took it to the Customer Service desk where Yolanda helped me as it was waiting for me. She got me out of there super fast and I was on my way. Really needed to finish the job, before drywall went up and closed the walls. This is a great store!

This Home Depot is neat and has plenty of staff to assist with whatever one may be looking for. Tons of parking easy to navigate through.

Had to wait over 20 minutes to get someone to cut some wire that is on there spools of cut to length. Several employees made pages over PA but no one took responsibility to get someone to help.
