The store was clean and Products were easy to find. The associates were friendly and helpful.

Great lumber department. You can get in and out quickly and great deals in the clearance end caps.

Very easy to complete my shopping in a timely manner. No wait times in the cashier line and two staff persons offered assistance in finding the items I needed. My experience has been quite the opposite at different HD stores.

I had an issue with purchasing the wrong type of lightbulb for a bathroom fan. I had to make 2 separate returns and the associates at the return desk were very friendly and didn't scoff at my lightbulb ignorance. There was another associate in the lightbulb section who took the time to explain why the bulb I needed was not interchangeable. I appreciate the patience the employees showed me.

Great store. Shelves are always well stocked and the selection is very good. Prices are good and the employees are friendly and helpful. Good place to shop.

The store had the products I needed. I received help finding the right cartridge to replace a Pfister single handed shower valve. Though this is a holiday weekend and sale items are placed in the store center aisle, it is neatly done and well displayed.

They can't seem to cut window shades properly. Either the machine needs to be calibrated and/or the store employees need to be re-trained. All three of the window shades I asked them to cut were short in width. When I brought this matter to the attention of the MOD at the time, the matter was dismissed. Not going back to that store unless absolutely necessary.

Great service in the gardening section.

In the course of the last 5 months, I have needed to purchased numerous items for my large remodel. Every time I go into this store, the staff is very friendly, knowledgable and I don't have to go looking for them. This store is extremely clean and well stocked too. In addition to using the store for that days purchase, I have also used them for special orders.

store is hugo and not crowded. There is a location closer to my house but the fact that the Eastlake location is much bigger and less crowded, I'll make the trip to there. Also, because it is much bigger, i tend to see bigger items on display. i.e. tool boxes, and other large items, than at the location near my house.
