I have shopped at this Home Depot a handful of times. The store is clean and well-stocked, and the store associates are mostly friendly and helpful. The exception was Susie in the flooring/blinds department. She was rude, condescending, and extremely unpleasant to work with. It seems that she does not have the capacity to provide good customer service, which is especially needed when working with customers who are purchasing custom products. I will be back to this store to purchase general merchandise but never again for flooring or window treatments because this one employee has left a bad taste in my mouth.

60 people at a time working at this place with 2 that actually know what they are talking about or where things are at....

Your store is "above the best" for home owner needs. It's a well run store with plenty of employees to help out the customers. Shopping is a pure delight!

Every time I need something from Home Depot, this is the store that I go to! The associates are friendly and very helpful! They always have what I need!

When I walked into to El Toro Home Depot I was greeted with a smile and hello. The simply things makes a customer feel special, Greeting your customer and walk customers to the door and open it for them. Muhamad, Robert , Michelle and Tonia went above and beyond to make my shopping experience at Home Depot amazing. You can tell that this store truly value customer experience. Great attitudes and you can tell they like their jobs and helping people. All of them had smiles on their face as they helped answer all my questions and help me find items I didn't know anything about. Thank you for excellent customer service.

It was the best Home Depot I've been to - big, well stocked, and with multiple available employees - I usually shop at the Garden Grove & Stanton stores, and they just plain suck when compared to the El Toro store - The manager(s) from El Toro need teach the manager(s) from GG and Stanton how they should run their stores!

This store is very clean organized and easy to find help when needed from staff.

Had a great experience at this Home Depot. Had the good fortune of being helped by an employee named Donn. He went out of his way help in several departments but other employees were nice and helpful too. Thanks so much.

Friendly and helpful employees. Has the best selection of succulents around at a reasonable price. Usually has what I'm looking for. Wish it was in San Clemente!

The store was filthy and associates ARE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL nor friendly. What else is there to say. Too much standing around, and associates hiding out. A lot of returns needed too be put back on the shelves

I'm a retired school secretary. I was not sure what supplies I needed to complete my project. A Home Depot employee helped me decide how to proceed, what supplies to buy, and found me the best price for the supplies. Greatly appreciated the help, and the project worked great!

I love this home depot. Specially I love the garden department because of a sweet lady who works there. Her name is Bridget, and she is from Germany. I always look for her when I go there for shopping. She is very helpful, knowledgeable and extremely kind. But honestly, almost everyone is nice and helpful at this Home Depot.

Always stocked well. Easy to navigate. I would like the employees to ask customers who don't have a mask to wear one or give them a mask. There are huge signs that ask customers to wear one.

The employees at this store are great and provide GREAT customer service. They deserve your business!!! It is obvious that the managers of this store take their job seriously.
