This location allows thieves to return tools that have had pieces stolen from them. They do not verify the status of the returned products. They restock the shelves with the returned products and sell them as new. When asked why they don’t ensure returns are complete before issuing a refund I was told they use the honor system and trust those who return items. This location has all the tools locked behind cages and require an employee to open the cage and walk the tool to the register. The honor system clearly only works in favor of thieves.

I was shopping in the garden center, and this is by far the most well kept, well stocked garden. The employees were friendly and helpful. The lines weren't long.

Everyone at this location was super helpful and polite, eager/excited to help & assist. I wasted very little time in the store and was pointed in the direction I needed to be to get what I cam for. Store was clean and organized, to include the floor**

I love crafting and whenever I visit this store the employees are helpful, kind, patient and friendly! Especially Marilyn, the adorable cashier!

We had great personal help from a sale cashier named Lisa in the Plant department. Very knowledgeable, and very helpful. She answered all our questions Thank you for the personal help, we appreciated the personal care. we believe she went above and beyond.

Originally I had checked out buying two things a planter and goo gone. 25% was supposed to be discounted off of a planter but the cashier accidentally took 25% off of the goo gone and not the planter. He did not know how to reverse the transaction and told me to go to costumer service. Grecia was super helpful at costumer service! She helped me right away and was very competent with the computer software. She resolved the issue with out a problem!

Always Garry and John friendly and polite. Even I show my self with duty uniform. some times I look like a homeless because I do duty jobs lol. Anyways thank you home depot for having Garry and John in returns department.

El Toro Home Depot is an excellent customer service store.

"Ray" in the electrical department went beyond my expectations in helping me select the best electrical components and locating them in the store. "Donn" working in the checkout area turned a frustrating self checkout problem onto a very pleasurable experience.

I found such an amazing collection of discounted appliances and bath accessories and the people who work there are so helpful. Lots of times I go into a store and there is no one to help find items. Here I had associates who asked me if they could help ! Never had to wait even in the line to check out

We needed to place special order and on Sundays that desk is closed and you have to go through the return desk. But Gary took charge and took our difficult order and smiled through it all. Called us by name and apologized for the delays. We be sure and look for him in the future.

The young lady who helped was perfect!

I shop here often and must say that seeing such a friendly welcoming smile and having cashier to go above and beyond plus help check us out and leave store with everything I need in stock with the friendliest service was amazing and I will always return here to this el toro store for many reasons but the biggest reason is the service, the smile, the happy smiling cashier named Shawna that made sure me and family left with a smile and such a great experience!

Everyone especially Susie in the flooring dept was very knowledgeable and helpful!

I bought one small item and waited in line for 10 minutes because there was only one checker working, and half of the self-check stations were closed off. I know labor costs are a key driver of the store manager's bonus, but that's ridiculous. It's too bad with Home Depot enjoying record profits, they can't give their loyal customers a break. I guess if you don't like it you can go over to .... wait, there is no other place to go.

I rarely return items because I get help before finalizing my purchase so I know I am getting exactly what I need. But if I need to return an item there is no hassle. Nice clean store with plenty of products and variety. Customer servie is excellent!

This store may sell similar products as other home improvement stores but the employees here are top notch.

She approached us first (when does that happen any more??) and helped us put all the final pieces together for our kitchen remodel. She is kind and informative. Thank you Rebecca!

I had a return and it was handled in a timely manner and was a good experience

I was helped by Janice in Hardwares and ended up with exactly what I needed although I didn't even know name of product and had to describe it!

Johnathan in gardening was a wonderful cashier and extremely knowledgeable!

We had placed several orders online and had one defective item to return. John happily and efficiently took care of that, checked our outstanding orders statuses, and placed a reorder for the defective item.

I received great service from the cashier.....I had a question at the return desk and she was very efficient in helping me with my issue. She even helped me find the kind of flowers I was looking for in the garden shop.
