Having shopped at other retailers like Menards and Lowes I prefer Home Depot. Most often I'm not a shopper. I like to get in, find what I need and get out. With the knowledge of the staff as to where products are, the availability of help when needed and help loading if needed Home Depot outshines other stores. Plus the quality of building products Home Depot has Menards beat hands down. Imagine that, comparable prices for better quality.

I had great service from both associates that I dealt with the first time in store and the two associates that helped me load my rug. I returned just this am. I am a SUnday am shopper. I picked up a second rug. I called a head to ensure that it was available. The gal I spoke with on the phone completed my transaction over the phone had it all ready for me to take with when I asked if she had it and I wanted it. She made my life simple. I popped in and picked up my second rug this am with ease and convenience. I interacted with the courtesy counter associate and was pleased with her as well. I did not need a carry out but was asked. Great interaction with all associates this am as well as last time. Great customer courtesy should not be the abnormal. I t should be like I had the past two visits---the normal! Makes me want to continue to come back!

Good looking store, prices clearly marked, and the staff so helpful, I am a everyday buyer for a company and receive great service every single time.

I was browsing the store for ideas for my new renovation project. At least 4 different associates offered to assist me or did, in fact assist me. They were super helpful informing me of all the install options. I guess I didn't realize until today that they can actually deliver and install my kitchen cabinets, flooring etc. Wow. And I thought I'd have to do it all by myself!!

I visit this store multiple times a week because they always have what I need and their store specials.

We really appreciate our local Home Depot! The products are very high in quality and affordable in price. Every time I go I have multiple associates ask if I need any assistance, I usually don't but I really do appreciate the offer and knowing if I need anything help is there!!

Not enough people on staff to help Very long wait lines

We visit the Fergus Falls Home Depot quite often. We have always had great service and usually can find what we need. We have bought anything from Plants - to lighting - to appliances. I enjoy the set up of the store and how easy it is to find things.

Called inquiring about Christmas icicle lights and associate on the phone was very helpful. All I needed to do was go pick up my purchase!

My sixteen year old son and I came into HomeDepot to get supplies to replace a kitchen faucet. Tim helped us find all the pieces we would need, talked through some of the proces and in the end (after our second visit in the hour) even left his cell phone number saying that if we were not able to get it done, we could call him the next day and he would come and help. How nice is that? Because of his in-store help, we did got the job done. Thank you Tim!

Store is well equipped. However, to find an associate for assistance is difficult.

Very clean store. The item I purchased was ringing up wrong and the cashier, Donna, was helpful to get the price corrected.

The help was extremely hard to find but very helpful once available. The selection of products are great and the store hours are appreciated for after work and weekends.

I have been to this store several times. The store has always been clean & the products always easy to find. If I stand in one spot for a few minutes trying to decide which product to buy, a store associate always notices and comes over to see if I need help & will offer suggestions or experiences to be helpful. This last visit, the store associate offered a personal experience in deciding which product to buy & I found it a very excellent choice, it worked great & exactly as I needed it to.

I know I can get help there. I also love the lifetime warranty on power tools AND batteries.

Customer Service Rep Kate is incredibly knowledgeable and effective. Very impressive. An asset to Home Depot. Earned a strong repeat ant long term customer. Ditto for Sandy in Fargo.

I'm a disabled Vet and am glad to be able to get around the store with there motorized cart and the helpfulness of everyone there.

The store has good quality products and tools built for professional use as well as homeowner. Great selection. Could back off on the light bulb selection though.

I work in purchasing and often times we purchase items from Home Depot. Generally we don't have issues with the online ordering but from time to time we do. Every time that I have had an issue and contacted customer service at the Fergus Falls Home Depot they are extremely helpful .I have had them special order paint in for me a discount rates that were offered online because there was not enough in stock. I have had items that say they were in stock but got cancelled from the online order without telling me why and the customer service rep took the time to be sure they had the item and get the order replaced for me. Sometimes they are busy but will ask for a call back number and are very quick at responding when they are finished with helping their current customer. I have nothing bad that I can say about the customer service at Fergus Falls Home Depot I feel that they truly do a splendid job!

Just a wonderful, clean store with the nicest associates working there. Great line of merchandise too!

The people were nice, but had to wait to even ask a question only to be referred to someone else, and had to go looking for them.

THE SIGNAGE MADE THE ITEMS EASY TO FIND WITH MINIMAL TIME REQUIRED TO SEARCH FOR SPECIFIC ITEMS.

Associates not available, run them down ask a question and are told don't have it, I was told, order it off the internet then associate turned & walked away certainly not time for the customer. Customer Service said I can't help you (and there for the name I guess customer service)??? Have avoided going to Home Depot because of past experiences. Had to be in Fergus Falls for an appt. needed only a couple thing so thought I will run over there. Did consider going across the street to Fleet Farm & yes I definitely should have. Sure will the next time, there is no doubt about that!
