So nice having this major store close by when I might need something. The garden center is awesome! I buy lots of plants during the spring time and I always have a large amounts of plants to chose from. Thank you this make me very happy!

There is a lady in the garden department who seems to really know her stuff. I was looking for plants and found one that I really liked because the way it looked and mentioned that my cat likes to eat my other plants and she came over and let me know the plant I was looking at is severely toxic to animals and recommended another plant like it that is a good substitution that’s also 100% safe for my fur babies. She apologized for interruping our conversation but said she didn’t want my cat to get sick so she felt like she should inform me and help me find an alternative.

I had a computer/phone purchase that had to be picked up at the store. My brother in law was listed as a picked up person. He had the receipt and confirmation text to pick it up for me. He was given a difficult time but finally was able to get my hot water heater. I expected a seamless transaction.

Lazy people to relaxed guess they think they are not replaceable ..

The employees at my Calallen Home Depot are very nice & helpful always. My Store always has plenty of stock available to choose from.

4 employees gave me great service. First was Nickey Y cashier she took care of a prob which wasn’t probably her job. Susan G appliances Chris appliancesLucy contacted and got thru to their cust service for me. Susan G and Chris in appliances were helpful making a decision on my purchasing a dishwasher. Excellent service!

Bought a paint sprayer. Very happy with it

Five points has great customer service which is very rare to find these days. Would certainly encourage anyone to shop at that location. Kudos to the manager of the store.

Went in to exchange a polesaw chain, was given the 3rd degree had to ask for a manager. One was more into getting the returns put away then helping customers. The other tells me if I can fine the one I bought he would exchange it. I tell him they are lock, I would need someone with a keyboard be able to get what I need. After a few minutes a young man come with a key and I was able to find the replacement. I go back to customer service center and the female manager see me waiting in line and she continues to work out the returns. The make manager is no where to be found. This took far longer then it should have. If the employees and managers truly care for its customers it did jot show and it rarely shows at the Five Points store.

Susan took time and was patient as she helped so many people, waiting in line for her help, while many other employees working, were "unable or unwilling" to help us Sat., Aug. 6th at 6-7pm, while we shopped and spent on an appliance and an exterior door and installation. Thank you to Susan G., you are appreciated by my 86 year old mom and me!!

Some Floor associates need more training on product knowledge and feature benefit but the cashiers were super helpful

The entire store was very clean as opposed to the store in the Valley. Every time I go to the other stores they are very messy. This store keeps up with maintenance.

We visit these store on a regular basis. Staff have always been helpful. Our visits have always been positive.

I needed help finding a tool and the employee was very helpful

I had to return an item and delivery person closed out transaction incorrectly. Was initially told even though it was not my fault. Item would not be able to be picked up. Tammy at Corpus Christi store #6564 went above and beyond to ensure that item was picked up. Was a transaction that took several days but Tammy stayed on top of it until item was picked up and refund was issued. People need to know how great Tammy is. I will definitely shop at Home Depot in the future and it will be because of Tammy!
