I bought a stand up shower set and the walls were cracked. The glass was chipped also. I was on a time cruch since I came in from out of town and the contractors were on the clock. So they made do and bandaged the problems for me. The tall Caucasian man working didn't look interested in helping me. A short young young girl approached and was very friendly. I dont thinkni will ever shop there again.

I shop this store often. Today I was disappointed with the 4000 lumen (led) area light I purchased. I was hoping it would light up a wider area. No bueno!

So nice having this major store close by when I might need something. The garden center is awesome! I buy lots of plants during the spring time and I always have a large amounts of plants to chose from. Thank you this make me very happy!

There is a lady in the garden department who seems to really know her stuff. I was looking for plants and found one that I really liked because the way it looked and mentioned that my cat likes to eat my other plants and she came over and let me know the plant I was looking at is severely toxic to animals and recommended another plant like it that is a good substitution that’s also 100% safe for my fur babies. She apologized for interruping our conversation but said she didn’t want my cat to get sick so she felt like she should inform me and help me find an alternative.

I see a great change at five points. Employees are taking with customers more and asking if they need help with anything. Great change.

I go to this store alot to do home repairs and you get to know who’s who in each department and how knowledgeable they are. There a great help and willing to go the extra mile with you.

Wish this big box store would have a warehouse closer or at least here in Texas to deliver in Texas within a couple of days and not 9... When you have a refrigerator and freezer go out, you want to be able to replace it as quickly as possible.

I have visited the paint department several times for different paint projects. My last few visits have been great . The gentleman that helped me yesterday afternoon was pleasant, he stopped stocking the shelves to show me some paint primer and mixed some other paints for me . He was respectful and engaged on my needs . Thanks Dude .. I should have got his name , but he said he worked construction before . Shout out to you ,

Tried replacing a broken Husky tool and was told to contact Husky for replacement. Googled their number and called them, was initially offered a credit for less than the original price.

Most employees here do not offer assistance, NOR do they greet you at any time. So when my husband and I shop here, we already know we are on our own. Its very rare somebody helps you. Especially the young generation!

most of the time this attendants that work in the store r very rude its like they don't want to be bothered 😠

I ordered online gutters , down spouts, and items needed for installation. The drop downs were out of stock as well as the steamers. The steamers were back ordered and I received them a few days later. I was called and told that they had to do the drop downs as a return so they could deliver my main order. I do not understand why the drop downs couldn't have been just back ordered and delivered later like the other out of stock items. Poor customer service in my opinion. Not the Home Depot service I have had in the past.

I went to Home Depot last Friday to check out some materials needed for my Backyard patio project . They have everything I need . I asked if they’d deliver 60 miles away , said yes and it will be delivered the next day Saturday. Unbelievable !!!

Not selling equipment new, returns just put back on shelf and selling as new, not good!

I look forward to getting this item replaced

We have shopped at this particular HD store since it opened, in fact, we were some of its first customers. And, every appliance and I mean every appliance in our home has been purchased from this same store. I’ve/we have developed some good friendships with a number of the employees and their friendliness adds to the pleasantness of our store visits. All in all, it’s a pretty good store. Not to say there haven’t been some glitches along the way but for the most part they got resolved without too much angst. That’s about it. Thank you, Otis Grupe

Out on your garden area a male helped me load my basket with bags of rocks . As I ck’d out there was a guy there & I asked him if he could assist loading my items in my car. He was very courteous & polite addressing me as ma’am! Wonderful this day & age to find such courtesy 🤩

This store has the rudest associates in Corpus Christi. You can never find one for assistance and when you do find one, they are rude.

Every time I shop they have what I need

I went to purchase a riding mower and was directed to customer service. They called lawn and garden and the only available person was helping another customer. I was told they would help me afterwards. I waited 15 minutes, then went to go find out what was taking so long. Found the associate with a woman by the power cables using her phone to show the associate what she thought she needed. I waited another 10 minutes - still not finished. This customer did not know what she needed and did not care others were waiting. Asked another associate to intervene and again was told I would get help when they finished. I finally mentioned to the 2nd associate that I wanted to buy a riding mower ($3k+) and knew which one I wanted and shed decided to help.

Ginger and everyone at the Pro Desk at this location have been wonderful. We've had issues with other stores getting back to us with quotes, etc. Ginger has returned all of our emails and calls immediately and our quotes are always turned over very quickly. They have not only been extremely helpful and responsive, but they have also had the best prices. And their lumber and other materials have been great quality so far.

The plants and flowers look great on my patio. My patio has just been updated with lumber and all the fixens to redo it from Home Depot.

It's a Very Busy Location. However, the Staff made every effort to assist me with an in store pick up as they could. No Complaints here......
