Went to buy a DeWalt 200+ blower had no problems finding it and also had an employee help me carry it to the self checkout. I will be coming back to this location.

Remolding and everything that you might need they have and the team were great from the floor hands to the cashiers

Curbside customer service is a total cluster. In-store is over staffed with cashiers and understaffed with knowledgeable employees.

Not a single person helped me after asking 3 times. I was told by an associate to go look for another associate that was wearing a pink shirt. Once found, he said he didn't know about the products but could try and help in a few minutes. Another associate said he would page someone to come help. No one came. I was able to read all the boxes and even open 1 to look at the parts of the disposal to see what additional parts I had to buy. Not one person helped me. Not one person came to answer my questions. Will not be back. I'll make the 25 minute drive some where else.

Employees have zero training (they told me they learn most everything from their customers) that’s a Fail!!! Also I served this country for over 30+ years and some Millennial reject in your corporate office thinks I need your APP to receive a 10% military discount, like I still haven’t done enough for this country I need to help your algorithms or some bull

Employee went to get me a cart for a lawn mower I wanted to buy but I really needed a cart and employee ran to get me one.

Our agenda to return and reorder a more complimentary blend for our home project was met with enthusiasm and understanding of our need in an ongoing adventure in remodeling an old home.

I went to home Depot and bought a stove, range hood, washer/dryer. Was very pleased with how patient and thorough the salesman was and how quickly we were able to pick out the perfect items for our home.

The store is centrally located. Has easy access

Isles in the lumber and other departments filled with shipments of merchandise clearly labeled for other areas. Couldn't even get a cart in to gather needed materials. Evidence of poor management and organization. The contractor portico which is intended for immediate loading/unloading only is constantly filled with vehicles by those who feel it's their personal parking. Website says they have X many in stock, you get there and they don't, and asking for help is generally an exercise in futility. I wish the other two Corpus Christi stores were closer, because in comparison they rock. Disorder, disorganization, poor management.

My husband and I went in to the Calallen location this evening. We were able to find an associate in the tool section that was so helpful and having an associate at the self check to help us with out purchase was great.

I don’t believe that I have ever been mistreated and disrespected (Especially As A Customer) for so many years and so many occasions by a business. First and foremost, it should never matter how much money as customer has spent. The customer should be treated with hospitality and respect because that customer chose your store or service out of the countless other options. To add context, I have personally spent over $75,000 of my own money in the last 8 years as a homeowner at Home Depot. I also have always maintained a healthy $25,000 line of credit and remained in perfect standing with that. I have finally had one too many negative experiences with this store. Some examples would include picking up an HVAC unit in-store and having an associate present it to me with an obvious 12 inch dent in the main condenser unit. No accommodations there. I picked up several pallets of vinyl plank flooring and traveled home 30 miles, only to realize that the only correct boxes were the top few boxes. The other 50+ boxes were other brands entirely. Again, I had to personally haul them back to the store to return them and was issued a refund and told they were actually out of stock. This forced me to travel 50 miles to another location to repeat the process. The list of wrongdoings is unbelievably endless. This is also an accumulation of complete disrespect. Almost every single employee does not acknowledge my presence whatsoever, I am never greeted, I have never once been asked if I needed any help finding an item, I’ve never been asked once if an employee can assist me loading my truck, the cashiers have never asked if I found everything okay, never thanked me for shopping there, etc. In fact, today a younger lady named Paula had to be called back to her register that she abandoned to ring up my items. This very clearly irritated her. She approached the register with the grumpiest face, did not look at me, did not say hello, etc. She began quickly scanning my items in silence and the only words she spoke was “$405”. She took my cash, settled it, gave me my change in silence and immediately walked away without a word. I then had to stop her and ask if I can bag my items in the plastic Home Depot bags and she replied yes and walked away. I then stood there bagging all of my items while other employees continued around me. There are so many more experiences, but I will wrap this up by saying after almost a decade of doing tons of business at this store, I am throwing in the towel. I am so uncomfortable shopping here now and truly saddened by all of this. Believe it or not, this experience has left me feeling so small, weak, and overall, just low. I cannot fathom the thought of contributing another penny of my hard earned money to such a rude, unappreciative establishment.

The 5-Points store always has what we're looking for whether it's a specific light fixture, electrical wiring or a lawn mower. The garden center always has a great selection and incredible prices.

Employees are rude and don’t know anything in the store, I had to ask multiple employees for help and none knew how to help me with making a key!

I have been looking for past few weeks, my sales team made sure I was satisfied with my experience, & I was satisfied with my experience.

You'll never find anyone to help load ANYTHING into your vehicle. The plumbing section was empty but there was plenty unopened boxes of fittings, etc overhead. After finally getting someone to get the boxes down, she stood on the ladder and THREW the box down to me to catch! Then just stormed off when I let the box crash to the ground. Tried to find someone to ask what type of adhesive was needed for a shower tile install. The guy handed me a tub of adhesive, said "This should work" and walked off . He had handed me a flooring adhesive that said right on the front "Not for wet or damp areas". Oh also...PLEASE water your dang plants! Or mark the poor things down that are dying for a drink instead of throwing them away & filling the landfills!

We tried the other 2 locations in town and another home improvement store, but THIS location had EVERYTHING we needed. Friendly helpful staff too!
