This store has very friendly employees and go out of their way to help you in anything you need- The one department that stood out for me was the flooring/tile department. The young men (2) always kept asking us if we needed help and they would be more then happy to help us. Asked them for advise on certain flooring and were very knowledgeable of products.

Always clean and shelves are easy to navigate. Staff members are always helpful.

Everyone that I have been in contact at this store has been great. From the checkout folks, the paint station, hardware, garden shop and everywhere in the store. The associates who work at this Home Depot are very helpful to me when locating items in the store that I want. They are also very kind to answer the many questions I have about a variety of items in my home that need repairing.

I like this store and it’s easy for me to get in and out quickly. I’ve always had good service there. I wished that the garden area be stocked better, ie more varieties of plants, mire stones for landscaping, etc

The store employees are eager to help when asked. However it seems that most of the time the store is short handed. Checking out is usually quick and efficient. Good location and lots of parking space.

Delivery has been a problem, but Rose in customer service worked the problem and calmly corrected the current issue.

This was my first high dollar order with delivery. Most of the delivery experience was a nightmare (3 cancelled delivery dates), but Rose in customer service worked the case and was responsible for making me a home depot customer again. She resolved every issue and waived my transportation fee. I felt more at ease after having Rose work with me.

None of the employees asked if they could help us , rather had their heads down to not make contact with us ! But I do have to say that I was telling Pauline at the register and she went out of her way to help and when unable to find someone to go and help us put the door we bought , she apologized and went herself to help us put the door in our truck !!! I Thanked her very much because she made my trip to Home Depot a very nice experience and she really cared .

If you're ever shopping at this store, be sure to look for cashier named Andrew - he's very helpful and a nice guy. So was Rene and Michelle, they both helped me too. Great customer service from all three!

Generally the employees are very helpful in this store. In my particular experience yesterday, "Kennedy" in the paint department was extremely rude and was not helpful. Fortunately another employee was the total opposite.
