i switched from carpet to luxury vinyl tile in my living room and dining room and am thrilled.. My friends and family gave it rave reviews

I've been looking for this very hard-to-find and popular item for a few years. The store manager personally handled my purchase several days in advance of my being able to swing by and pick it up. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes - on a Saturday, no less! This will be a fantastic addition to Halloween decor!

Love coming here all the staff are very helpful and they always have what I need.

Your employees at the HOME DEPOT in Freeport, NY are wonderful. I was directed (and escorted) to the right dept. I explained what I needed to buy, and your employee offered suggestions I could have not thought of. I love your store, and I also love ordering online, for quick and easy service.

If I could give this store no stars I would. The staff is consistently unhelpful and unfriendly. Buying items online and having them delivered is the way to go.

Im constantly in and out of all Home Depots all over long Island and this is by far one of my favorite. The people there are always so nice and very very helpful.

I found this floor in February and ordered it on Wed. The sales help were wonderful. and now I’m excited to get. my new floor Looking forward to a smooth delivery and installation

Do not buy anything from these guys. They are terrible salespeople. They held 4 thousand dollars of my money for over a mounth. Do not by any major appliances from them.

Look for Sonia holtzman and her assistant Steven they are very helpful, professional and know what they are talking about! They know the products very well and were able to absolute pleasure to work with.

Every one who helped me were knowledgeable pleasant and so helpful they are Chandler in Paint. Mary Ann in tugs and Tiana at checkout Shopping has become difficult for us seniors but I was able to get everything I needed

There were so many beautiful flowers and veggies at great prices that I bought way more then I thought I would. There were long lines but the staff pushed us along and it mover very fast.

Home Depot in Freeport is one of the greatest stores the managers are very helpful

There was no one in the aisle to help. The young man did not work in that department. When I shop in South Carolina there are always employees there to help and they are much more friendly and accommodating

I am doing a remodel nearby this store and have been here dozens of times in the past few months. They are consistently helpful and pleasant. I had an issue with a Pro delivery and came into the store after the Pro Desk was closed. A young man, Marques, was especially knowledgeable and willing to jump in and assist the customer service representative that wasn’t sure how to handle the situation. He quickly got the he wrong items refunded and scheduled the correct items for delivery. Many thanks!

If you need a great home improvement store, Freeport Home Depot is it. There were so many associates who were looking to meet my needs. I got everything I needed and checkout was a breeze. Waheeda in plumbing was able to tell me where everything I needed was with a smile.

The parking lot is a maze of migrants that are in your face trying to get work and solicit you both in and out of the store. The lumber section is a total mess with no posting of prices most of the time and bad lumber. The parking lot is not well lit at night with many lights just not working.

I got what I needed, but no thanks to anyone who worked at the Freeport Home Depot.

Each time I shop at the Freeport store, I am impressed by how eager the employees are to help me either find the item I am shopping for, checking out in the self checkout, or at the tool rental. I really appreciate them!

Items remain unmermhandised on pallets in shopping aisles. A majority of the staff is unknowable or helpful.

Every single time I go into the store, the consultants are friendly helpful they make my shopping experience pleasant loreana, the sales consultant is a fabulous hard worker.
