He was very helpful. Greeted us at check out and offered to help us to our car. Unloaded our material and packed neatly in our truck.

Been shopping here since it opened and was one of the first on Long Island to open. Always has what I need and is my go to for tools and supplies for business and home.

I was trying to check out a materials order for resale to a government contract that is tax exempt and will not reimburse tax paid out. Gave the valid tax id# to the employee, she shrugs, points to screen, shrugs again, and says doesn’t work. After explaining that it is a valid number, she shrugs again and gives me a blank stare. When I ask what can be done to correct the issue, she says I can go to the Pro Desk. I went to the Pro Desk, and that employee gave the same exact response. Same shrug, same blank stare. No attempt to look the number up or involve a manager, just pointing at the screen with glazed over eyes. $90k spent by my company so far this year on my Pro Xtra account and can’t get one person to lift a finger to correct an obvious problem with THEIR system after a half hour lost waiting in 2 lines. HD has been going downhill for a while now, but man it’s really taken a dramatic turn for the worse lately.

Home depot corporate went above and beyond to care for their employees. Sad some employees (even in management Nelly) dont appreciate customers. Veterans in specific. It would of took 2 seconds to add my military discount. To bad yoi didnt take the time. I did! Will never go back to this WOKE! LOCATION.

In the past 40+years I had to have shopped in every home depot in the chain the Freeport store Has been the best by far And I'm someone who would know cause home depot has been my Disneyland for about as long

Every time I shop at Freeport Home Depot, I get what I need. I went online to see if my item was available in the store. The online app showed me how many, the price, the aisle and bay location. When I went down the aisle to locate my item, I found it without any help. Super easy.

We walked into the store not knowing what to choose for our floors and Sonia from tiling helped us she was to attentive so patient and helped us find the Perfect tiles. In addition to finding savings!! I can’t say enough about her

The employees make shopping at Home Depot like shopping at a small local hardware store!

I purchased flooring and wall tile at the Freeport Home Depot Location today and was very happy with service they provided me.

I have never had such an amazing experience with every staff member at any Home Depot. These employees (especially Daniel, Christina and Larry), are so friendly and helpful and truly go out of their way to help the customer!!

Donna at the Freeport location is the person to see if you need help ordering lumber, shingles etc. Such a pleasure.

We have been shopping at HD for over 25 years and this Freeport store is a hot mess. The shelves are messy, items are in incorrect bins, the employees are never helpful. The check out is a complete mess and there was almost a fight today because none of the shoppers knew where to go to pay. The staff had 3 lines going and it was confusing even to the staff. Never ever again will we go to this HD Levittown and Copiague are so much better

I have been shopping at this location for a couple of decades. The employees have began to greet and assist lately. Asking if help is need, locating employees to help in specific departments and just nice. We need this type of interaction at this time. Thank you Home Depot Freeport.

I HAD AN ISSUE WITH MY RETURN AND IT WAS RESOLVED EXPEDIANTELY

I recently visited the Freeport Home Depot in search of carpeting. I had a wonderful experience thanks to Maryann C an employee of the flooring department. She helped me with selecting the most cost effective flooring, and helped with cutting all of the different cuts of carpet needed. She then proceeded to ring me up so I wouldn't have to trek it to the front and wait online. Amazing customer service on her behalf!

I interacted with four different employees and they all were super friendly and extra helpful.

Very satisfied! Always get approached by an employee and they provide assistance if I need it. Always well-stocked and get the product I need. Highly Recommend this store!
