I want to recognize the extraordinarily excellent assistance I received from Eric. He is part of the electrical department, but he helped in the insect control area and did not give up until he found for me the exact product I was looking for. You have a great employee in Eric!

This Home Depot seems to underestimate the amount of shoppers that frequent the store. While the store is for the most part consistently neat and organized they rarely have enough trucks or vans available for rental. The supply is not meeting the demand. Please try to improve that experience. I have been there when multiple customers are looking to rent a truck or van and it is either not available or needing service. This aspect really turns me away. Thank you.

The associates on the floor were very helpful and knowledgeable

I brought a vanity 36". It was well built (Wyndham Collection). And it looks great in my bathroom.

The staff in the carpet dept was very helpful. Audrey in checkout was exceptional

building a dock, and pretreated wood is always in stock and accessible.

Many of the associates are not very helpful or friendly. I recently asked an associate for help finding a product only to have him disappear. When I caught up with the associate 15 mini later I was told " we have the product I can't find it" and he walked away

I recommend any contractors or homeowners to come to the store Freeport Home Depot because there’s more cozy and the personal they are really helpful makes you feel like home thank you and have a great day

Good product selection

Workers are very pleasant always available eager to do their job and go out of their way to help you and very rarely do they not have what you need ninety-nine percent of the time they are fully stocked the store is always properly sanitized and clean and I'm usually in and out of this store between 5 and 10 minutes

I will probably not go to this location even though it’s convenient. I recently moved to the area in December. I’ve ordered custom doors paints hardware etc a whole home renovation through Home Depot. Spent Thousands of dollars and have invoices to prove it. I’m in the store 2-3 times a week. Weekly check the cameras. Either way my recent experience was the end of it. Went to purchase a drill and I waited 20 mins for an associate. I let him help an elderly woman first. Upon me asking for help as he walked out of the department. Reminder he hasn’t acknowledged me this whole time, and didn’t offer help. I asked for a product and he said they are right in front of me. I said I need a specific drill. He said they are out of stock. I said excuse me it says online that you have 12+ units in stock. He said No we are out. I asked can you please check up stock (the stock above the shelves) the rep said no . He said the online is wrong without doing visual confirmation. I could understand if the online said 1 or 2 units I wouldn’t even bother. But 12+ units. So moving forward I’ll purchase from somewhere else. I’m not getting any discount by being treated like crap in this store. So maybe someone will contact me and maybe not. But I won’t be going back and won’t recommend anyone to this location. Rude employees (not all) never offer help stand around and talk in groups while you struggle To look for product.

The Freeport store is one of the best Home Depot. The place is clean and full of merchandise. There are workers all over the place doing their job and a lot of cashiers at the checkout. So far ni complaints at all. Thanks.

The employees at the register are usually high quality. Carts are scarce and the parking lot tight. Usually get what I need here had one issue with an employee that rammed my cart because he felt i was in the way. complained about it online and never got a response from store manager.
