This is the Home Depot store I use the most often. The staff is great and helpful. The plants are always nice and I have had great success with them. All and all it is a very good store. This is not to say that I have had a bad experience with the other Home Depots in our area. They are always good.

The employees always make you feel comfortable, and they go out of their way to help in all circumstances.

Great store and especially great team at the Pro Desk with Danielle DeCosta huge help every time I shop there either in person or shop on the phone.

D'Angelo Pastor at 5150 NW 13th Str. store in Gainesville, FL is a very friendly and helpful person. He resolved our problems during washer and dryer purchase quickly and professionally. Also Megan from same store customer service did.

The Home Depot Store# 1854 in Gainesville, is always clean and neat. Not only do they always have a smile on their face when you enter the store but they are also very safe and make sure to close off any aisle where a lift is active mode. This store has the best customer service of any I've been too in a long time and I'll drive the extra mile to go here from now on! Thank you so much for being on point!

This store is always clean, organized and well stacked with merchandise. The store employees and management are attentive to customers' needs and are prompt to assist customers with a pleasant demeanor and attitude.

If we go during the week the folks are very friendly and helpful and less people shopping. Weekends can be crazy though We love this store.

Needed assistance with product that I was looking for. Employees looked up product information that I had and walked me to the location. One item was not available in store but could be ordered; I am on a timeline and they called the plumbing expert to give advice on what could be used to substitute to avoid having to order. Left store with all that I needed.

Got great customer service in the Garden Department. First, I needed help to find the right planters, then the best soil for growing some veggies, and that gentleman carried my heavy stuff to my car and loaded it. The cashier was another really nice guy who put away the stuff I forgot to load, so it was right there when I came back. We had a good laugh.

Attention shoppers be sure to look for Tracee Carter or Derrick when shopping. I am able to complete my project thanks to them.

From the moment that I entered the store I was met by a friendly Home Depot associate who handed me a sales magazine. I felt genuinely welcomed by each associate that I passed in the store, they smiled at me and asked me if I needed any help. When I did need help from an associate they helped me look for the item. When we found out that Home Depot did not carry the item that I was looking for the associate told me where to purchase that item.

We do all our home improvement project with HD materials, from building deck to appliances to paint,etc. Over the years have spent many dollars and always do our purchases at HD when it involves Home Improvement projects.

The people in this store are very helpful!

Robin, in the kitchen design department, was wonderful. She spent a lot of time with me and made recommendations about the countertop I was purchasing.

The associates in this store are very knowledgeable and helpful. They treat you respectfully. I would recommend store for everyone to shop at look for an employee name John G he was extremely helpful from the time I went into the store until I left. I had to go back the following Monday to get the rest of the stuff and he remembered who we were and helped us again, thank you John for all of your help and making my experience a wonderful one. You are an outstanding employee and care about your customers. On a side note I spoke to his manager and overheard his manager complimenting him on what a great job he was doing and to me showing respect to your employees and acknowledging their great work is something to be said for. I was also in Lowe's earlier that day but was told to come back with my husband so that we could figure out what I needed. Lowe's had very poor customer service in my opinion and treat women like they are incapable of doing home improvement projects. So needless to say Home Depot will be getting my business from now on regardless if I have to pay a little more or not. Customer service is something that some companies have put in the past but Home Depot still keeps it at the top of their priorities!

The Home Depot at this location is just the right size, well laid out, well stocked & the staff are super friendly & helpful!!!!!
