The store was clean and easy to find what I needed.

Be warned that designers/custom ordering staff is not always available! They have there own schedules and you may have to work your schedule around when they work. Not a good customer service strategy when spending thousands of dollars.

Everyone was very helpful. One of the stockers stopped to help answer questions for us. Very friendly staff.

I went to purchase five gift cards and you can actually do this in the self checkout line! It was so easy, took no effort and was in and out in just a couple of minutes! Very pleased!

Paint department was helpful for samples and explaining what type of paint would be best choice.

We were looking for a high quality tile to redo our bathroom in and after a bit of shifting through their tiles, we found one on sale we really enjoyed. We were able to purchase it with ease. I wish they put all their on sale items in one location to make it easier but we are satisfied with what we found

While visiting family in Virginia Beach, I had occasion to purchase some building supplies for my son-in-law for a project he is working on. When I went to check out at the Sandbridge store in Virginia Beach, I discovered I had left my credit card at home and I was short of cash to complete the sale. Cashier Malakia said not to worry and she made up the difference herself. I will always be greatful for her assistance and special desire to help a customer in need. Although it was a small amount that I was short Malakia made my Christmas a little more special due to her sweet disposition and desire to provide the best customer support. Thank you for having employees like Malakia on your staff.

Clean store with a courteous staff. We needed a new kitchen faucet and Home Depot had a great selection at an affordable price.

I purchased lumber and the associated helped me right away to load into my truck.

Cashiers were not aware of posted discounts. When told and showed them, they did not know how to update computer system to allow for them. Three associates stood around not showing the least bit of concern or interest. Finally I took my complaint to the manager who was somewhat dismissive. Ultimately he agreed but made me feel as though I was trying to cheat him. If you post a discount, then honor it!

I shop at this Home Depot at what seems to be like a daily basis. I always walk away with exactly what I was looking for. The staff is friendly and always willing to help.

I'm a home owner and for all you other home owners you know that means there are always projects that need doing and maintenance to keep up with to keep your house from falling to ruin and home depot is always there with advice or whatever supplies I need to get the job done, no matter how off the wall my project idea may be. I've brought back a load of tools or parts I bought and didn't need or use for a project and thank goodness for the email receipts because I have a allergy to register receipts it appears, having them in my email is the best thing since sliced bread.

We bought a grill for a Christmas gift and everyone we have to deal with was very knowledgeable and helpful! And then when checking out, our cashier, Susan, was super sweet, asked us how we were doing, and even gave us a discount we were not expecting!! Thank you!

I like this particular Home Depot store. It's clean, lighting is great, associates are friendly and helpful, and I like their layout. There are a few other Home Depot stores within a 20 minute drive that I could also use, but this is always my first choice!

I would have been in the store forever trying to find the answer to removing the window shutters and replacing them in order to repaint them. I am so grateful for the help and interest and friendliness and time your associates showered on me, explaining how to do the job and with what hand tools worked best. The overall cleanliness, associate help and ease of finding products is a wonderful thing at this store. I am in this store everyday and know where everything is pretty much but it is the knowledge of the associates from cashiers to management that make the experience worth it every time.
