Great product and selections

It was a pleasant trip to shop at Home Depot in Gilbert, Arizona. Staffs are very knowledgeable and helpful. The store is well organized that allows us to find materials quick.

Albert is amazing!!!

Very hard to find help at this store. Back home people were very willing to help. This store is like the associates hide from the customers.

I needed a can of paint from Dunn Edward's, but it was so expensive. The same type of paint was $22 cheaper at HD. So, went to HD to find a color swatch that would match the DW color. The young lady that mixes the colors saw me with the DE color swatch and said she could mix it. The quality of the paint is excellent.

Ed in the Gilbert, AZ store has been so helpful. He is knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The products are excellent and are made instate. This has been a great experience!

Anytime I am doing a home project, buying, or fixing my home, I go to Home Depot first. The Gilbert Home Depot on Val Vista & Warner is one of the larger stores and is well stocked. Best to go in the afternoon during the week b/c fewer contractors and other customers there.

After avoiding HD for a long time due to messy stores and hardly any staff available to assist us, we are pleased to share this great review for the Gilbert location!

I was very impressed with Caryn and John who were willing to climb and remove a floor model item that I needed. Many stores/employees just say no, but they said yes and made it happen. Thanks for seeing and opportunity to shine and help and seizing it.

When I called the store to compliment the customer service, I asked to speak to the manager. I was immediately greeted by Patty, the manager on duty.

I usually shop at this Home Depot because of the ease of finding what I need and the exceptional customer service of the employees.

Went to Home Depot today not knowing what tool was right for the job and came away with not only the right tool, but more knowledge related to the tool by a knowledgeable employee named Dain!

I shop at Home Depot because I and always count on them to take back extra items when I miscalculate and they make it pretty easy to return items that I could not operate properly.

Runs like most home depots I've been too, saw several people getting helped by staff, everything seems to be fine. I did not like that an HVAC vendor was allowed to be making sales pitches while I shopped and would not leave me alone.

Len the cashier and Ryan the plumbing associates are the smartest person in the face of the planet they deserve the highest pay there is they helped me out so much and Len he knows a lot

The Gilbert Home Depot store is lucky to have an Appliance Specialist like John. If only all Home Depot stores would use him as their model, sales would be through the roof. He is personable, knowledgeable, and a joy to talk to.

I have two Home Depot’s that are 4 miles from my house, I always come to this store because it is a much cleaner and well stocked store and all the employees are much more friendly and helpful.

I am going through a divorce and need to change the locks on my doors. So, I went shopping for new door hardware for 3 doors to my home. Ken helped me find the hardware that I needed and then found out that my current locks are Kwikset. He stopped the process and showed me how to rekey the locks instead of purchasing all new hardware. During this difficult time, finances are very tight, so because Ken saved me $245 on this trip, I have enough money for the rest of the month for food and gas! Thank you so much Ken!

Came in for a return and forgot to remove drill bits this store made it right. Matt and his team are great!
