I have been a Milwaukee tool fan for years and their battery operated tool line saves my business money, period. I have a corded 1/2" Milwaukee drill that is 11 years old and still tearing it up.

Do not plan on needing help, even if you have a medical emergency. You need to know where to go and what you need. You will not be acknowledged!

Everyone very helpful but phone service spotty, especially in garden area

I frequent this location every time I venture down a rabbit hole on trying to fix something in my home. Never mind you there are tons of resources online that tell you what parts you need explain how to do something, but in the face of reality, those who know fixing things around the home can inevitably turn into a considerably larger job than originally planned, right I can honestly say in the last 3 to 4 occasions I’ve gone into this location with a list of materials or parts I need and go to the proper correlated department or aisle and I’m still literally always greeted with such kind personal there and this is from start to finish. They ask what project I’m enduring asked for some details that might help either eliminate some of the parts in my card. I don’t need and walk me to retrieve the ones I do need in there have been some occasions where the project requires considerably more creativity and this is coming from an engineer reading how to fix something in a book doesn’t always necessarily mean it’ll pop off that way I always feel so taken care of employees will brainstorm with you on how to fix something. They’re never portraying anything less than I take care of everyone that enters my department and even the rare rare occasions where maybe they don’t know how to complete a repair or something it’s always a collaboration between others in the store to make sure I am well taken care of the most recent occasion, I had to look for some fittings in both exterior water leak and interior water leak at the valve and the kind lovely gentlemen in the faucet aisle must have noticed the loss look on my face and inherent stare at 5000 different fittings and instead of going a more labor-intensive route, he showed me a product told me exactly how to use the product and what to do which shaved off literally hours of me probably fighting with what I can only refer to as Granny pipes, which are the old-school copper pipes that no one wants to deal with doesn’t matter if I come in close to closing or if I come in right when they open, I have always been greeted and offered help irrespective that’s why I continue to come to this location and I love everyone that works here.

Overall satisfied but it is very difficult to find someone on the sales floor to help; I sometimes get frustrated & leave without buying anything.

The store had what I needed in stock.

We went looking for a new stove. Found a lot of great choices and picked out a great double oven GE model, based in large part due to the informative and friendly conversation we had with the customer associate in the appliance dept. This store, # 0471 in Gilbert, has always delivered a great experience!

Candace was wonderful and extremely helpful. I've been coming to the Gilbert location for 25 years and she is excellent at taking the extra steps to help customers.

We were purchasing a new refrigerator and were greeted warmly by Taralynn. She assisted us with the purchase including delivery and set up. She also helped getting us set up with a Home Depot credit card. Taralynn made the experience very pleasant and we appreciate her knowledge as well as her sense of humor.

Thanks to the staff in the gardening department who assisted me in loading heavy purchases! You all deserve a big kudos from me 😊

Good and convenient location. Sale associates are helpful to assist customers. Employees here at this store are friendly.

Most plants at this location looked as if they haven’t had water in awhile and looked in very poor condition. This was my place to buy plants for many years because of how good there plants always looked but not any more.

Maylee Collins was beyond helpful. She was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. We were shopping for new kitchen cabinets and flooring after water damage. All employees we encountered were very helpful, and Levi assisted us with other issues, as well.

It wouldn't matter where Maylee or To Levi worked, that is where I'd take my business. My kitchen was destroyed and needed replacement, everything from floor to ceiling. Maylee and Levi turned an impossible task in to a tolerable, almost pleasant endeavor. Their combination of knowledge , professionalism, and pleasant demeanor way exceeded my expectations.

We have been renovating our bathroom and office so have made numerous trips to Home Depot. We have always been greeted with friendly helpful people. No one is too busy to help answer questions or give advice.

Can't purchase materials if the employees are unable to understand a diagram to cut your wood. Can't send them business if management isn't focused on providing services rather than lip service. Make sure you equipment works. That would be a good place to start besides better training.

Could not find a person in the tools dep't. to help. Waited and waited. Finally had to go to a register person, who called for someone to come and meet me in the department where I waited. NO ONE showed up...!!! Not the Depot which made them famous - Not the depot of Arthur Blank and Bernie Marcus, that's for sure...!!!

I have traveled a lot the last few years and the Gilbert ValVista location has the best associates I have come across. They knew the location of items and were familiar with the products I needed. On one occasion they were not able to cut a key for a new lock but they found an associate that could.

Great product and selections

It was a pleasant trip to shop at Home Depot in Gilbert, Arizona. Staffs are very knowledgeable and helpful. The store is well organized that allows us to find materials quick.

Very hard to find help at this store. Back home people were very willing to help. This store is like the associates hide from the customers.

I needed a can of paint from Dunn Edward's, but it was so expensive. The same type of paint was $22 cheaper at HD. So, went to HD to find a color swatch that would match the DW color. The young lady that mixes the colors saw me with the DE color swatch and said she could mix it. The quality of the paint is excellent.
