I cannot believe how many employees are available to help you right away! Everyone is so friendly. When I use the self checkout there is alway someone to help if needed. Prices are excellent. love the VA discount. Wish they also had a senior discount

Mike was extremely rude and condescending. I have been coming to this store since it was built and I have never been treated this badly. I won't stop going to this Home Depot because it is just too convenient. But if I ever see Mike there, I will avoid him like the plague. If he asks me if I need help, I will tell him that he had his chance and blew it. Anyone but Mike.

Store was clean and service was excellent.

I was greeted at the store, and asked if I needed any help. I went back to appliances, and right away I found a dryer I wanted to purchase. I asked for help, in minutes, an employee showed up, and helped me. Ordered my dryer for me , was done in 10 minutes! So easy! I will get my new Dreyer June 2nd!! :) The store was clean!

I needed blinds or drapes for our new house. I went to two places and Home Depot was the best option based in their wide options and prices with seasonal sales. The employees supported me with my project anytime (morning or evening). They helped to pick my best options based in my budget. The employees and service are helpul and friendly. I highly recommend Home Depot, they are good supporting you with any home project.

I actually didn't have to hunt down an associate. They asked ME if they could help me find something and were Kind and friendly. A REFRESHING change!!

Extremelly friendly employees. If they don't have an answer, they are anxious to accompany me to the area and call on their phone to find the exact location. All I need seems to be there.

After assembling our new Backyard Discovery pavilion that we purchased thru homedepot.com, we needed new furniture. We came to this store because our regular location was out of stock of the patio set we wanted and wouldn't sell the floor model. We were told this store had 3 available and so we took a drive. Upon finding an employee to get help they said it was in the rafters "somewhere" so it would "be a while". We wondered around for about 15min and came back to the furniture and sat down for another 10 before a different employee said they couldn't find the new sets and we could buy the floor model. The younger guy went and grabbed a couple flat carts and the disappeared. We loaded the furniture and took it to the register were I had to go back and get the sofa. I got someone to help me load it, meanwhile my wife was struggling with the chairs and one fell off the cart and no one bothered to help her, they just staired. After getting everything to the loading area everyone who was "to help load" vanished. I was very disappointed in the lack of effort by all employees. I've been to many stores and even worked for home depot in the past and always was willing to assist, even not in our own departments. I will not be visiting this store ever again.
