The Glendale Home Depot is an excellent Home Depot!! I go there often as I am a local Handyman and they have what I need most all of the time. I get excellent customer service there and good deals.

The employees from electronical don't like to be asked for help and if they do help you they practically scream at you

Felt rushed by the appliance employee to make my refrigerator purchase. He wanted to get back to joking with his friend. Gave me false information on the product so I can leave faster. Also, I felt as if he were giving me a lecture on why I didn't know certain things about appliances and how I could be so dumb. He was a roadblock between me and a refrigerator I needed to buy in order to help preserve food for my family. Which means my quality of life has diminished by that much. Not recommended at the utmost extent. Never again.

Consistent as usual! The staff is always knowledgeable and great! Need more conventional souldering equipment, please!!

I see often in store DOGS (pets) and my wife and most of kids are scared of dogs. Why you allowing them to be in the store.

Most Home Depot employees don't know where anything actully is and will give you a random aisle number. Everyone here knows where things are, even down to what part of the aisle it's in.

Pleasant and helpful associates. Especially in the paint department. Syed has been helpful and explained products well.

very nice displays and very clean and organize store

Very difficult to find help at this store. There are either not enough people working in each department or sometimes none at all. Even when you look directly in the eyes of the people in the departments they don't acknowledge you or offer assistance. The store is very often out of stock for various items also. Lastly, their parking lot is a mess. Oil stains everywhere and carts left strewn about.

I got good help in the Garden Center. I just wish there are more employees in the garden who can help. There are more people in the area close to the garden and inside the building who are not busy. I notice this whenever I go to Home Depot. There are often customers waiting for help in the Garden Center but only one employee to help while the other store counters inside the Home Depot, I see employees just talking and not busy.

This afternoon Alejandro DePass a millwork specialist consulted, assisted, guided, us on our project, replacing 4 doors of a 1927 house with unusual requirements . He was outstanding, patient, knowledgeable, courteous, warm as he explored, explained and tracked down the appropriate materials for our project and budget. He earns 5 stars for his work! Today employees in the other departments were also helpful. One of our best visits to any home/hardware store!
