All general purchases/tools are done at this Home Depot. Between it's cleanliness, their well-stocked inventory, and their friendly personnel, it's a no brainer to go!

I am delighted our Queensbury Home Depot is embracing it's company history and focusing on customer service again! Mary, at the checkout is a perfect example of this old school, people pleasing, knowledgeable attitude!

Everytime I go in there is a friendly face who will assist with what ever I need.

A couple of years ago my wife and I went into the Queensbury/Glens Falls Home Depot and it was a very unpleasant visit to the store and we were ignored for 15 minutes we walked around and no one offered to help us. The last year A DRASTIC CHANGE HAS OCCURRED IN THE SAME STORE. We walk in and as soon as we run into an employee they always ask us, if they can help us. This is a big one, if we ask do they have a item. They tell us the aisle and also which number in the aisle the item is located.

Employees are very kind and very willing to help you find exactly what you need!

PRE ORDER PRODUCT TO PICK UP AT 9AM BUT NOT READY UNTIL 2PM AND NOT ALL THE RIGHT STUFF AND HAD TO GO THROUGH 2 PEOPLE TO GET CREDIT.

I am very impressed on how this store will work with people to obtain financing and payment plans so that they can achieve their goals and complete their projects to improve there quality of life

They carry Behr paint, which I am finding to be high-quality with good coverage. They are also equipped with color-matching technology, which would be very helpful if trying to match existing paint. ( Following the employee’s advice, I am using eggshell finish for the walls and semigloss ultra pure white for the trim. It’s looking great!)

I went to purchase a new lighted Christmas tree to replace our old one,Without my wife.The associates asked my price range and showed me several options.I found one that I really liked and brought it home.When my Wife got home she walked into the living room , looked at the tree and said that she Loved it. Recently bought a brad nailer on sale . It wooks great . It was a steal at the price .

Kerri, Dan and Bill put together our shower order between two stores; arranging for us to pay for everything locally with curbside pickup of our 'out-of-store' items.

My husband and I worked with Kerri in the kitchen department. She was beyond helpful and knowledgeable in the department. By the end of our trip to the store we completed our lay out and purchase with such relief. I told Kerri I could have cried I was so happy with the outcome and so grateful for her help.

I am so appreciative of the Glens Falls/Queensbury Home Depot. The staff is very knowledgeable and if they don't know a specific thing they ask another associate and/or walk you to an aisle and find another employee to assist. I have learned how to use tools and products which has enhanced my purchase experience as well as my homeowner experience.

Garden center was well taken care of. I love popping in to see what's new.

Associates are always so helpful. If they don’t know where an item is located or aren’t sure of the answer to a question, they seek assistance from another associate.

I recently went to this store for a gallon of paint, picked it off the shelf, retrieved my color choice, and went to the paint counter. I stood in front of the counter (no other paint customers) for 16 minutes with no acknowledgement whatsoever. I went to the front desk and explained I was not happy and asked for a manager. Spoke to her and (forgot her name) was terrific and apologetic. Two employees at the front desk, Bob and Jordan were the reason I did not leave and go to the hardware store located next door. Bob actually ttok my paint and went to the paint dept. and mixed it himself! Jordan even asked if she could cash me out. I told her she was busy and I would go to self serve and she replied NO PROBLEM and took it upon herself to help me. The store itself is terrific! The two employees in the paint area are not. All they would have needed to say was "I'll be right with you" or Hi, a little busy but we will help you in a few minutes. When the older female turned her back on me is when I went to the front desk. This is a GOOD review of the store itself and a not so good review of the paint dept. employees!

Everyone that I have that encountered at this store has been very helpful.One employee in particular stands out.Jeff helped me acquire three good quality exterior door lock sets and even offered to key them alike for me at my request.Jeff was very professional and helpful.

The paint department needs to be better trained. Instead of mixing properly the paint samples I wanted, they just gave them a shake in their hands. I asked why they didn’t put them in the machine, was told they never do ! The Home Depot where I live always does it. Lesson learned, when in Glens Falls/Queensbury don’t go to Home Depot

I stopped in to pick up a can of Clear spray paint and don't normally use the self check out, however, as I was walking by the checkouts, an employee in a wheel chair asked if i needed help in checking out, he took my can of paint, scanned it. I am a veteran and he verified my status then applied the discount to the purchase and then told me what my new charge was and how much I had saved, then he thanked me for my service. All I had to do was stick my credit card in the machine and pay for it. A very positive trip to Home Depot, I don't know the employee's name but he made a routine trip into a very special one for me. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

If you have any questions regarding flooring or just need advice GO see Todd in Queensbury. Very helpful and honest. He has a good eye on what works. He also helped us with shades for our livingroom. They look awesome. Very knowledgeable and a great asset for Home Depot and to me.
