I bought necessities for my house needed and i got everything at a great price

I can happily say that I always have such a rewarding experience when I come to this Home Depot. I can always find what I need and always something new to purchase.

HD is perfect when you need some advice in the area being worked. There is usually a knowledgeable employee in the section respective to the DIY materials. I dislike how the company leverages the AP as the only way to take advantage of instore pro and military benefits. This is in addition to a required registration.

Had to get another extension cord and quick. I went to Home Depot and was so surprised that the product was less expensive than the other place I bought one

This store is always neat and well stocked. Everything was easily marked. I am not a handyman(person). I am a Medical Social Worker that needed to pick up some things for my office. It was so easy for me to navigate!

The store location is irrelevant in regards to my overall rating. Home Depot's change to military discount is incredibly inconvenient. You can no longer enter your phone number to receive the military discount, you have to open the Home Depot app on your phone and scan your military discount barcode. Why do I need to scan the barcode located in the app to receive an in store military discount??? The employee assisting me at self checkout was helpful but couldn't even locate the correct barcode on my phone or hers! This new requirement is not user friendly.

Paint department at the Hampton Store has been going down for a couple of years. I've addressed concerns on several occasions. They are consistent at lousy service, even if you spend thousands a year on paint for your business.

I would like to see something to dress up the store front. Not just seasonal but greenery / plants flower beds ECT. Also add dog poop bags (outside) for visitors with dogs.

The supervisor Mikese made my shopping experience a pleasure. She resolved a previous issue the other supervisor failed to execute. Supervisor Mikese went above and beyond to resolve my issue with the Store Manager. Supervisor Mikese overpromises and delivers exceptional customer and leadership skills. I feel other supervisor and managers should follow Ms. Mikeses' attitude and leadership. Thank you Ms. Mikese for making my wonderful shopping experience!

Love shopping at the Hampton Store, Cashiers always friendly, find product most of the times. Store is always clean.

I would like to recognize Robin in the paint department, she was very pleasent, explained the different types of paint to me and went out of her way to make my paint darker a couple of times till i was satisfied with the color. Thanks Robin
