In my 40 years being a consumer, I can count the number of times I've been asked for help on my hands. I was pleasantly surprised when G. Brown came out of the isle to ask me for assistance. Truly surprised!...No attitude that it was a Saturday, no attitude that he wasn't home watching the college football games, even no attitude that he had to go solicit help to go on a top shelf and get me the vent hood I wanted... He was simply focused on customer service. Even after I checked out, there was an employee in the parking lot who asked me if he can load my purchase in my car. That day, that store, those employees restored my faith in retail customer service. I apologize if I sound a little exuberant, for little did they know I am a customer service trainer :)

My very old garbage disposal needed replacement. I googled how disposals work, consumer reports and reviews of best disposals. I visited a Lowes very near my home and workplace, no customer service at all, finally left, stopped at Sears, also near me, six sales associates standing around talking, so I asked about garbage disposals. I was taken to a selection of four Kenmore disposals, none of which I liked. I asked about performance and durability, but salesperson just smiled and said, "it is a garbage disposal. Then I continued to Home Depot! Wow! Greeted at the door by an associate, awesome customer service and a walk-through experience with Kevin and Yvonne! I never needed to ask for assistance, and the associates seemed happy, and eager to help me. Next time, I will save myself a couple of hours, and make my only stop Home Depot! Thank you so much for making my day!

Yes absolutely.. Their staff members are enthusiastic and different people where greeting me while I was walking through. Also, their staff asked if I needed something else.. They were very attentive as this was their first week of opening.

I love shopping at this Home Depot location! Everytime I shop here the employees are very helpful and friendly. They are always willing to help out even if it's not their department. On my visit, Felecia and Kevin were very helpful in helping me select two vanities for my bathroom and getting me checked out. That is why I will continue to shop here.

The store was clean, the lumber carts were easy to find, but the parking lot was ruff and the cart was hard to push. The check -out clerk was very polite and professional.

Called the store before heading to it and spoke with Tara. Once I arrived, Tara recognized me and was extremely helpful with the right persons to help me out with my questions and purchases. Between appliances with Barry, plumbing with Dennis, outdoor lighting with a kind older associate (whom I don't remember his name), Tara and her co-workers at the checkout, I had a pleasant and fruitful experience. This Riverdale, Memphis Homedepot store is my first choice for any future home improvement needs.

I have Never seen an unclean Home Depot Store no matter what store I visit and products are always there. The associates are always friendly you have dedicated employees, especially when they have to put up with some customers they have to put up with. Home Depot please don't ever leave Memphis I love my Home Depot.
