I came to buy a door locking system with the codes and the employee helped me so much. I had no idea what I was looking for. I love my product and it works great!

Thank you, time and time again this store delivers quality service with a smile. It's Saturday, all major roofing suppliers closed this time of year, we unveil the sheathing on the roof and low and behold. 21 sheets needed. I called into the store and by the time I arrived, the order was picked and already being placed on my truck. Contracting isn't easy but this store makes it easier! Thanks guys!!

We went to take advantage of off season yard tool sales. Got a battery lawnmower and yard trimmer. Also bought a battery snow shovel. All associates that we interacted were extremely friendly and helpful. I don't get the same treatment from the other big store that is right down the road from me. Customer service is everything.

The Hilltown Home Depot always seems to have more sales items n sock than those closer to Chalfont.

I was looking for information for a new entry door. The associate in that area was very knowledgeable and explained the entire process in simple terms I could understand. I set up the mesure and the contractor was very informative and efficient. I look forward to picking out my new door.

Sales rep in flooring could not have been more helpful. Product is not kept in the store and list as out of stock. She placed a vender order to obtain this for us. She is a true asset to Home Depot! We are waiting for the product to arrive in the store for pickup

This location tops all the other HD in the area. They are knowledgeable, actively helpful and available

I have been frequenting this Home Depot since its opening. The employees used to be, let's just say, not helpful or friendly. The change over the last few years has been noticeable and welcomed. Thank you for the positive change!

Each time we visit HD we are greeted, the employees are helpful, someone always asks if they can help us find something. When we do need help we encounter friendly,.very willing to assist in whichever department we are in. Once we had a tired that got flat while we were in the store & several employees took their time to try & help us, even tho it was freezing outside! This is & will be our go.to HD!

Zoey from the flooring and carpeting department was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions. Looking forward to working with her again to finalize our flooring needs.

I had to order fencing. If I knew it came from California and went from there and several other western and other mid west states. I would have bought the materials and did it myself faster and cheaper. This is the one time Home Depot let me down.

The staff at your store is the best of the 2 or 3 HD’s that I frequent. I had a few items needed and multiple staff showed me where this items were located which saved me at least a half hour roaming around looking

Hilltown is a bit smaller than either Warrington or Montgomeryville but the staff is helpful and friendly, more so than Warrington definitely The only place I met friendlier Home Depot staff was in Wasilla Alaska, where the associate walked me right to the item I was trying to locate and than asked if he could help me find anything else after I made my selection None of this: try aisle sixteen stuff up there!

Home Depot has stopped stalking Ivory colored electrical devices, switches, receptacle, plates. This is apparently because they feel they don't sell enough of them to make it profitable to take up shelf space. As an electrician I need these items on a regular basis and so now I have to go elsewhere for them.

Have shopped here many times and always have a great experience.

The store is there is close to me always have what I want. Nice to deal with.

The people at this store seem bothered if you ask for help, and then they are rarely helpful. You have to know what you want and where to find it.
