This website is difficult to use because I have visited the store at least twice a week in the past month and I couldn't return to reference what visit the questions pertained to.

You cannot walk past an employee of this store without being offered assistance.

My experience at this Hope Depot shows the this store is well managed, employees are trained, and friendly help is readily available. I need to repair an exterior drainpipe issue, but am not experienced, and the existing pipes are old. I was assisted and helped to buy exactly what I need.

I dropped in for a piece of outdoor carpet. The two ladies in flooring were extremely helpful and quickly cut the section I needed. The cashier was new but he did a great job quickly getting me through. Thanks for the great experience.

I have had several occasions now where items were scanned wrong. Check that the correct item is entered in. For example when purchasing landscaping block or buying trim by the foot.

My wife and I are having our master bathroom completely renovated. The selection of products we'll need for the project was so much greater than we found at other home improvement stores. We were also happy with the assistance we need both during the process of shopping for tiles, vanity, vanity top, toilet, etc., along with a very helpful person we interacted with at "Self-Checkout", saving us considerable money and offering us 6 months at zero interest financing by opening up an account and registering for a Military Discount. We were very happy with our experience at the Hilltown store!

Associates made my Christmas. Gave up on tree selection because I can't load and secure on my SUV. Home Depot could and their tree selection was reasonably priced and quality was there. Tree is in stand now and smells delightful.

I was so happy going to this home Depot. The employee there was so helpful his name was Charles. He knew exactly what I needed and was so knowledgeable on everything that I had questions about or concerns about. He walked me through the store to help me out with everything that I would need. I was very happy with this location and will absolutely be returning.
