Always a good experience @ this location. I've never had trouble finding a helpful associate when I've required assistance, I've never had to leave without what I was shopping for and have always had a good checkout experience whether using self checkout or cashier. Returns have always been a breeze also. No complaints at all.

Products were easy to find. Product price is more convenient than Lowe’s. I have a Lowe’s store like 7 min from home I rather drive to Home Depot in Hilltown.

wow, thats the first word thats popping in my head when i go to the hilltown home depot. The staff there are incredible and helpful. The layout is spectacular and makes things easy to find. Devon has been excellent at helping me with all my heavy loads in the back of my vehicle. I couldnt get it in without the helpful loading staff. Great work guys!

Very knowledgeable salesperson in Doors and Windows. Brice could not of been more helpful and patient. Every employee we came in contact with was polite and willing to answer our questions. I highly recommend this store.

You need to fix something I shopped at the Uniontown, PA store??? Overall rating for Souderton is unknown, and I can't recommend it as I didn't shop there. Uniontown is 5 star and I recommend it

Customer service does not respond to the customer when Home Depot is clearly at fault. I made a special order of decking product. It was to be delivered on a Saturday. I made arrangements with a contractor to install the decking over the weekend. Only half of my order was delivered- the boards I needed to get started on the project were missing. Management was unable to correct their error-decking sitting at the store or make arrangements to get the product to me. I had to call and call to try to get answers. Product delivered Monday. Management did not value my time loss, or the understand that I had made arrangements to get this project completed over the weekend. I had to make over 10 calls to try to get a delivery charge removed and some kind of discount for their error. I am still waiting for the Store Manager to return my call. I was never able to be connected with him by any associate or asst manager. Unacceptable customer service.

Have been going there Since they opened it. It is closer than the store in N. Wales that we use to have to travel to before.

We love this Home Depot and will always go out of of our way to go there because of the excellent customer service.

I normally like this store. The staff was great but the manager could not come to help in place of a missing person. My cashier was very helpful Christopher was very attentive.

product was available on line but not in store. Store associate lied to me about the product I had asked for. Product itself was not appropriate for my needs

Store is clean though no Lysol, hand sanitizer, not too much to choose in shades with blackout so sun nor silhouette shows on shade and had to pay way more for an oversized shade. I gave them a good rating for being courteous and helpful. I need 2 more shades but don't think I want to pay so much more fore a smaller shade.

I have to say I had the best customer service experience here numerous times when ordering countertops to just getting something down from a shelf!
