This store goes above & beyond. Always friendly & helpfull. Great location & well stocked. I visit almost every day. The employees are the best & the restrooms are a bonus; always clean & well managed. Coffee is always available. Cold drinks would be nice in the summer months, as most of us have no bathrooms or water on the job. The store is always well stocked & a nice break in my working day.

Customer service was best we have experienced in long time. People were fast and efficient and very helpful.

I am a general Contractor and I shop at Depot stores across PA, NJ and Delaware. This is hands down the best store in the chain. Staff is friendly, informed and responsive. Awesome place to do business.

A Great Store with helpful employees

I'm not a contractor or handy person at all. I'm just a regular woman who needed an item from Home Depot. This store was neat and clean, aisles were large, and items were easy to find. Selection was great. Employees were friendly and helpful. It was a great shopping experience.

Well, it was Mardi Gras day. I called in and was immediately directed to Ed in electrical. He listened and located each part that I needed before I made the trip. I was the gopher for parts and didn't want to come back with the wrong stuff. When I got there he got the parts I needed, prepped them for a ride in the back of my truck. A nice curly blonde haired gal in a Mardi Gras mask directed me to the next area I needed to visit and then the contractor aisle for tie down string. Later, I had to come back. Ed was busy so two gals in Mardi Gras hats in electrical secured what else I needed...then a guy in big Mardi Gras glasses took me to plumbing and matched all the elbows and connectors to make sure I went back to the job site prepared with the parts my guys didn't put on the list the first time. Actually, didn't mind visiting such a nice place twice. The bathroom was clean, modern...the check out gals were friendly............ If it were closer, I would shop there all the time. Was there for the day. Just want to say thanks and everyone looked like they were having fun!

The best people working there, Always find what I need, They keep the store very clean and that includes the bathrooms, Your in and out in no time, The prices are ballpark with everyone else. Why would you go anywhere else.

This store has always provide me with great support when I need help they are available and knowledgeable. The store is always clean and has sufficient supply of product on the shelves. I have rented the Home Depot truck several times to get large items home and they help to load the truck and secure the items. I enjoy shopping at this store

The cashier was great it was the supervisor/manager who was nasty and very unhelpful. They overcharged and won't even think about price negotioations

The blinds department in this store has a much wider selection of blinds on hand then other Home Depot stores. Thanks to all the employees that helped me with my quest to find the perfect blinds for my home.

I can usually find what I'm looking for, and when I cannot, I have no problem finding a store employee to assist me; they usually ask me if I need help. The prices are less than other stores with the same stock, so I prefer to shop Home Depot for all my DIY projects.

Been looking for the best weber grill to meet my needs. I have looked for a year. Homedepot had a nicely set up display of grills before memorial day. But i didnt want to spend close to $1000.00. I waited. Then home depot had a sale $100 off weber genius series s it cost me $849 opened a hd charge card right then and there got another $25 off fully assembled grill, six months interest free, free delivery. service from Brian was exceptional. Made the entire process quick and easy. Ps i never see weber grills on sale!

The "How To" workshops are very helpful. Store associates really know their stuff!

Home depot app said there wer 7 air conditioners at store. Went to store and said they have ten in the back. Came back and said it was a computer glitch,they had none, so call before you go

I used to shop at Home Depot regularly, then I noticed that they had fewer and fewer people working registers. You had to ring yourself up. I have worked cash registers before. They do not scare me. But I go to the store to find my purchase and get out quickly. Not to do someone else's job. And if you have a question (or no SKU as happened today) you have to try to get an associate who is fielding everyone else's questions. I was at Hilltown HD today and the only register that was opened was the contractors desk. I had a large bulky order and as I was approaching the register I was informed that the only one opened had to reboot. I had to go to self register. I almost walked out at that point. The one associate was nice enough to help me and could not find the SKU on the insulation. She had to look it up on the computer. I asked her how can I do that as a self register. She said I would not be able to. I guess the product is free that day. The store associates are great but Corporate must have their heads up some part of their anatomy.
