My last 4 orders have had missing or incorrect items. It will be over a month before I can get dry plywood delivered. Assuming that they have it on the truck this time. I try to have patience..... but I just wanted to have my countertops finished by Christmas.

Helpful in locating items I was looking for, love my Veteran discount, respectful friendly associates.

Hello Home depot is one of the worst location I ever been to. It’s employees where I should say. The supervisors need to be replaced immediately. They really don’t care about customer service zero customer service.

Rating based upon availability of 5 gallon Menehune Brand water container for dispensers. It is out of stock a lot of the time and it takes close to 2 weeks for HD to restock. Especially during Holidays, they always run out and it's taking 2 weeks to restock. The price is good and it is a draw for customers, but to have it out of stock so much of the time is disheartening. I don't believe it's a supply issue, more an ordering and scheduling problem. I'm sure HD can easily resolve this if they put some effort into it and make it a priority. Thank you, from a frustrated loyal HD customer.

I use 4 different Home Depots because of their location near properties I own. This store in Hilo Hawaii is nearly impossible to reach by phone. Finding an associate in store is hard but they are generally nice once you find one.

Worst service ever this weekend. Online order took over 14hrs to complete and was unable to call to get updates. Automated system hangs up on you🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

So thankful to have a Home Depot! They have everything we need!

The special on a particular tool the sail person knew about saved me atleast 175 dollars , this will have me definitely returning to shop at this home depot.

Terrible customer service at the Hilo Home Depot I also witnessed a customer service employee yell (loudly) at a customer. I urged the customer to report it but she didn’t want to start trouble

They don't answer phones and I still have not recvd their credit card due to it got returned to them because they tried to send to my home address which we don't have USPS to our homes in Hawaiian Paradise Park. We have only "Rural Box" locations. I have tried to tell them several times but they just don't get it! There are over 8,000 lots in our subdivision!

If you are in need of an appliance… good luck! At the Hilo HD….. 4-6 week wait.

Every department there is someone who is knowledgable and ready to help. The people at checkout are wonderful. When I do have a return they do a great job. I always feel welcome and appreciated.

Suffers from island syndrome. Make sure you buy enough for your project. Your stuff may not be available when you go vack

I was very impressed with the patience and thoughtful help each staff person, I interacted with, this week. Because it was consistent it seemed that management was training and taking care of their employees. When they did not know something they made sure they found out and let me know. I cannot say I like the check out method now. But the young lady that helped me was one of the kindest people there. Congratulations to all of you!

Have rented several tools from this rental center they have been excellent and they back their products.

Overall home Depot seems to have everything I need. I do find their cabinetry choices limiting as these types of things fall apart pretty quickly in this climate, And need to be replaced regularly

The store is too cluttered. At times it is difficult to maneuver a cart do to the merchandise plied in the otherwise wide aisles. Too often do not have what I need. Especially in plumbing.

I was looking for a new wet/dry vacuum. Had a RidGid which fit my needs.

This store is a nite mare, to order by phone is horrible, don’t answer phone or if they do they are rude and you get disconnected then call back and maybe get rude help, then the item has to be ordered and the wait is 4-6 weeks. Also appliance dept has a call back list they put you on and then don’t call you back , they don’t have enough employees I guess , must be a reason why ! I despise this store most times

Sad policy costs business

I went with my uncle to purchase these items. We had a great time together and when it was time to leave I felt comfort to say our newly built cabin was going to be built as soon as possible now Im here writing a review because I know my uncle John could use the extra money to help us build the rest of the cabin.

Awesome prices and great, friendly, knowledgeable customer service. Also the available materials are convenient to start and finish any projects including building a house and everything that needs in it!

We bought a riding lawnmower and weed eater today. Six different employees helped us and everyone of them was super friendly and helpful.

I went to purchase 2 deadbolt locks costing $260 each. They only had 2 in stock which was great. When I went to the checkout to pick them up (it’s one of their secured items) I noticed on of the boxes open. Upon further inspection I saw that it wasn’t in fact next, but a used lock. Needless to say I did t purchase it but did tell the checkout lady it was used. After purchasing the new lock, I noticed the lady put the used lock back into the secured rack. Upset about that I went to the Customer Service y and spoke with another lady. We went back to the main checkout where she spoke to the Head Cashier about the issue. She assured me it would be taken care of. Since it was the last lock (upon my purchase I saw the inventory go from 2 to 1 in stock) I expected the inventory to be reduced to 0 since it was going to be pulled from the inventory. But, alas, that hasn’t happened. Still showing 1 in stock.
