Even the rookie associates know when to find the experienced expert associates. Everyone friendly and helpful.

The store was fairly clean and the product was easily accessible. The prices were legible. The store manager Dan was very helpful along with the paint dept. Plumbing dept: Danny gave me an excellent help, very knowledgeable.

I have 3 Home Depots near my home on Staten Island, but I'd rather shop in the Jersey City store where I work. You can always find a helpful employee, the store is well organized and the shelves are always stocked. The other stores are good, but this is by far may favorite!

I was able to find most of what I needed and when I had questions, the sales associate was right there to help. She was friendly, knowledgeable and most helpful. Check out was a breeze and the person who assisted was very friendly and got me out quickly. A very good experience at this store.

The store is pretty clean, Product were easy to find. The associates are helpful, they are willing to help in their department but some are willing to go as far as to other department. The leadership of the store is an "excellent team," Mr. Whiteman, "Dan" and otheres. One of the best store.

my experience in the store were very good the only thing in my rush I left my car door open in the street, there was an associate by the door of lumber he did not even acknowledge me of that he was just starring at me I expend 45 minute inside and come to realize my car door was wide open he could have the decency of telling me that I left my door open that's good customer service which start from the door to inside

This was my first visit to this location. I was not sure what to expect. Parking and accessibility was seamless. I thought all the associates I encountered from beginning to end were pleasant. That's if ladies room was the cleanest I have seen in any HD. Will choose that location again.

The store is clean and the employees are friendly. I came in to return a lock purchased from the online store as it was shipped via United State Postal Service and I have had issues with them opening my mail. I opened the padded bag in the store to return it yet the lock had already been opened and so the USPS must have opened the lock and resealed the padded bag. How can a lock be opened in a 6 X 9 sealed manila padded bag? However Home Depot took care of it. The representative had to staple the lock package back.

It was quick. The workers was extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone. They get you in and out.

I went to this store after checking an item on-line. I wanted a better idea of the range of finishes and alternate ways of using the product. Seeing the item in person made me better understand how to install what I will now order on-line.

VISITED STORE TO GET PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNT FROM OPENING CREDIT ACCOUNT AND SAVE ON SALES TAX THAT WAS NOT POSSIBLE TO DO ONLINE. APPARENTLY YOU CAN ONLY USE A NEW HOME DEPOT CREDIT ACCOUNT IN STORE UNTIL YOUR CARD IS ACTUALLY MAILED TO YOU. IT WAS THE LAST DAY OF EXTRA 10% OFF PROMOTION SO HAD TO RUSH TO STORE WHICH WAS ABOUT TO CLOSE, OPEN A CREDIT ACCOUNT (WHICH TOOK BARELY 5 MINS), CREATE A CUSTOM BLIND ORDER, AND CHECK OUT. TWO EMPLOYEES AT CUSTOMER SERVICE FIGURED IT ALL OUT AND SPENT AT LEAST 30 MINS OF THEIR TIME HELPING ME. THANKS TO THEM I WENT FROM BEING FRUSTRATED WITH HOME DEPOT.COM TO A HAPPY CUSTOMER AT THE STORE.

Having sign board for aisle direction at the entrance will help save shoppers time. Had to seek help with associates to find my product (one of the associated who was helping me did not know aisle of the product but other associate was on top it with the correct aisle number). Would suggest to check for availability of product online before going to the store. My overall experience was good.

i like this store. Great to shop and good location.

I needed a bunch of spare house keys cut from the set in my keycase. The key concessionnaire at the store did a fine job with the keys in the case -- he didn't have to remove them and put the whole mess back together again. The new keys all work correctly, with no problems or repeat visits for replacements. It's a good service, reasonable, and accurate thanks to the special equipment they've got.

The staff was helpful and friendly, the store was clean and I was in and out of the store quickly. I visit this store everyday and the staff is always eager to assist me!!!

Tamara helped me with the return of an appliance that was damaged in transit. She also helped with the re-purchase of the item. Very friendly, diligent and informative.
