The overall service from the store wasn't bad but the outside delivery service stinks. It's true , one bad attitude ruined it for the whole crew.

When the items I need are not available. I asked for help, but no one showed up.

When I walked into the Home Depot by Bullard Rd in New Orleans, I saw a display that indicated if you purchase a Roundup with a wand, you would receive an Ortho Weed Killer for free; however, when I went to check out, I was told that was not the case. Felt mislead by their display.

You guys have finally find an employee (Last Name August) Who actually cares about the customer? I saw her help an elderly woman before she helped me and what she did with both of us does not normally happen at this location

The lady in flooring, Mrs. Gail was very helpful, patient, and nice personality.

Bought this 26 inch rake for $19.99 it really did work fine, didn't think I was going to rake the grass area so we'll. The rake work out fine.

I didn’t buy anything. Had to go somewhere else to do my shopping due to the lack of help from employees.

Erica Dillon was welcoming and ready to assist me with order. I asked her about the quantity of a product I needed and she called in a specialist Ms Joy who assisted both of us to make sure I was buying the right item and also have all the supplies that was needed to get my flooring job done. So if you looking for flooring stop at the pro desk first🥰

HAD A REAALY GOOD SHOPPING EXPERIENCE

I had a really bad experience with the appliance rep at the Home Depot on Bullard, but the head cashier Michelle was amazing. She helped me resolve all my issues and even called the 1800 number to help further. This could have been a really bad issue, but I’m glad that you guys had Michelle who knew how to fix issues and give great customer service. Thank you, Michelle. I really appreciate it.

The cashiers at this location go above and beyond to make shopping awesome at the location

I would recommend a friend, but will give her a heads up about certain issues, and if she seeks management help don’t look for it at this store

Like most home depots, more staff would go a long way to improving the shopping experience.

I found two really helpful agents in that store who are invaluable.

On April 2 late in the afternoon, I came into the store looking for refrigerator. The store manager was getting off duty but she took time to sell me a refrigerator. She was very nice very courteous thank her for taking time to help me.

Home Depot is our home away from home. We are always there.

Delivery scheduled 9/1/23 for dryer and dishwasher afyet purchase on 8/28/23. No 30 minute advance phone call and I could not answer when 9:15 doorbell rang and phone call made at arrival to my house. My 9:30 am call to follow up , I was told deliverer had no appliances, and was coming to do a repair. On phone, I was given delivery for next day. I received no written information or phone call the next day. When I called 9/2/23 after no delivery, deliverers said they did not have dryer & would deliver Tuesday if dryer came in. It was not in so re-schuled 9/16/23. Only the dishwasher was delivered.Afer several phone calls to Home Depot, delivery of dryer re-scheduled for 9/23/2t3. This is 3 weeks since original delivery date for both.I had to miss 2 funerals today to wait for delivery. I am very upset wilh serioiui delivery problems and will not buy things that have to be delivered if this company still has contract.

Great experience every time I go to this location.

Poor customer service and poor management.
