I find the associates generally friendly and helpful. However, outside the store along the fences and parking area it is always dirty and littered with trash even if you arrive first thing in the morning. Just because Home Depot provides us with many products and is conveniently located in our community does not mean Home Depot should not take pride in how the outside area of the store looks.

Customer service isn’t great don’t communicate very well

Horrible customer service. most of the staff is careless not really helpful and seems like just working for paycheck. store managers are helpful and the cashers and the workers not really helpful. Electrical section missing lot of stuff unorganized and dont find stuff on right place.

It is a community store I have always shopped at this store and always had a good experience, but I can say the service has improved. I love the fact that if you can't do a project Home Depot have a contract that can do it for you.

Home Depot customer service is improving.

The guys at in the paint department customer service is unmatched.They go up and beyond to assist the customer,give recommendations and very knowledgeable of the products in that department.

I had a very good experience when shopping at this store on 1/25/21. The young man Akeem, in the Doors Dept., was very friendly, corteous and helpful.

Home Depot #0352 is in my community, the employees are willing to help. And I'm grateful this Home Depot is still in our community and the store was very clean in all departments.I don't like driving as much as I did in previous years. I'm a senior citizen. Thank You Home Depot.

I enjoyed my shopping experience today at Home Depot. At first I couldn't find the merchandise I was looking for then,an assistant was there and helped me.I was short and couldn't reach the product. The store is always clean even mask we're offered if a customer forgot theirs. I can't wait until spring, The garden department has wonderful plants.

Tuan is always extremely helpful. All other associates are helpful as well. Nice experience always.

There are guys that come up to you and ASK can they help you find what u need.THEN,they'll walk you to the isle where it is and PUT it in your hand.This has happened several times in that store which i why i decided to do the survey.

A guy who calls himself “uncle” truly made my day and offered exceptional customer service! He actually came down from off the ladder to assist me. That’s unheard of nowadays. The store was clean safe and had lots of reasonable prices with most of all excellent customer service. I will be returning in the very near future.

I love to go to Home Depot, its convenience, and I always find something to buy, I so glad the garden center has been clean up.it looks good. And whenever we are doing repairs we go to Home Depot first...⭐
