great store

I was searching for a Frigidaire water filter and the ladies in the department made me feel special and like a valued customer. They showed me where to find the item and how to make sure I purchase the correct one. These ladies were very friendly and answered all my questions. Excellent customer service!

The store and people are the BEST EVER

It is so nice to be able to drive close to home to find the things I need.

EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP AND CHEERFUL. THEY DON'T ALWAYS HAVE AN ANSWER BUT ARE GOOD AT FINDING SOMEONE WHO DOES. I HAVE NEVER FELT NEGLECTED OR THAT I AM BEING A NUISANCE.

I had to replace a wall oven and a cooktop. When I went online, the New Orleans East store offered the same models that all of the other stores offered ( all stores needed to order them). I went to the store in my neighborhood. The store was clean. The associate who assisted my husband and me was extremely polite and helpful.

Won't go back there again, they won't honor military discount!

I had a wonderful experience while in the paint department on July 30th and about 11:50 am. The ladies that I encountered were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They both displayed strong customer service skills and made me feel like a valued customer.

it's very saddening that I can't shop at the store in my community because of the often unprofessional an nasty personalities of the cashier's an some managers an or department heads!!!! even for a small purchase I have to pray just to remain calm, knowing that they intentionally make my shopping visits a horrible one!!!!

this store has a BAD SPIRIT even good employees find it difficult to work their an be kind an professional,, MUCH training is needed there!!! Not even the Managers or worth a good review!!! just awful!!!!

This store is conventionally located, that is so important because the is area is majority homeowner based. Having having homedepot right next to us makes everything so accessible. The store is clean and neat and we get to know the associates , ask questions. If the associate doesn't know, no problem, they will find another associate who can help. Those who work there ,are always so helpful so friendly we laugh we talked and" How is your Mama "we say all those things to each other even though we don't know each other's mother but we just asked because that's a customary thing to do here .In New Orleans. Do I love my Home Depot that's in my area yes IN DEED!

The workers were very friendly

I was in the gardening area, 3 different employees offered me assistance and was very helpful to me when selecting my flowers,mulch,and lava rocks....Great job team Bullard....oh and by the way my flower garden looks awesome

The employees, manager and security guard at this store are extremely rude with a bad attitude. They are not helpful and made me feel very uncomfortable.

CUSTOMER SERVICE AT IT'S BEST. NOW, THAT'S HOME DEPOT IN THE EAST. COME TO THE EAST AND VISIT WHERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NONE LIKE IT!!

it's very convenient

Employees were friendly and helpful. We came by to pick up some more tiles which online said were in stock for pick up. When we arrived for pick up we didn't see any on the show floor so we asked couple employees about it. It's instock but can't find the items. I had give an employee (Ms. Lacella/Lolly) my cell number when she do find them. Next morning she called and told me she had found them. So now we can finish up with our tiles installs thanks to Ms. Lolly!
