the store was clean and the staff was very proffesional

I went to the cashier with four items that didnt have tags! Not 1, nor 2, but 3 people assisted me in finding the right information! By that time the gates to the garden shop were closed but they called the manager to ask her to open for me so I wouldn't have to walk all the way back through the store. They all worked above and beyond!!! Couldn't ask for more helpful, friendly and courteous associates.

*I was immediately greeted. *In every department I entered, an associate asked if there was something they could help me with. *Without hesitation, a young lady retrieved an item for me in the high bin above the shelves. She was extremely sweet. *Customer service associate went outside to get a shopping cart for me. *I was in a self checkout line, but an associate lifted a heavy item to scan for me. *All associates had a warm friendly smile. ***I was treated like royalty!***

The employee in appliances that helped me went above and beyond any other employee I have had to deal with at any other home improvement store.

The store was clean and the associates was great! I found what I came to buy and everything was in order on the shelves. The store was well lighted.

A GREAT EXPERIENCE... At first, I felt bad about the return and they were so gracious about it...after returning the merchandise that didn't fir, we decided to buy a grill. We will definitely be returning, service was great, the store was beautiful and everyone was very nice.

I came to Home Depot to purchase plants for my patio. The plants were nice and fresh. There was no carts blocking the aisles you could walk around and shop very easy. The associate was very helpful and professional in dealing with me. They made sure I got what I came to shop for. I was very please. I will always shop at Home Depot. I feel at home when I'm walking around and shopping in the store. Associates always ask if I need help finding anything. This is great customer services! Thank you!

Friendly staff, quick in and out. Good choice of products and easy to find in store. Also good idea to check online for product stock and in store location

From start to finish, my experience at the neighborhood Home Depot near my home is very professional. The knowledge the associates have about the products are amazing. I love my neighborhood store, I am a customer on a regular basis.

I always enjoy my visits to this Home Depot store even when I cannot find certain items. (It's rare that I leave empty-handed though.) Since it is very near where I live I most times run into someone I know and will either get help/suggestions or give help/suggestions. I always find the store clean and when I do need help I can easily find a willing and pleasant associate.

I love the Home Depot store on Bullard. It is always clean, organized, with friendly staff. There is one employee ,Stanley Sylvester, he is one cut above the rest. He is patient, knowledge and provides excellent customer service.

I ordered my paint and went to find Lolly while Lolly and I were shooting the paint was being mixed, when we finished shopping the paint was ready and I picked it up

When I first walked in the store an associate immediately asked if she could help me. Made my shopping experience easier.

Had to order materials for delivery to my home. Worked with the associate at the Pro Desk she took my order set up a delivery date and time and made sure I was satisfied with both. Then she went over the order with me to make sure all materials I had on the list was ordered

Each time I come to the store, I am greeted warmly by a staff person. They are helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable about the store and it's merchandise. It is sometimes stressful going into a home goods store with very little knowledge of what you are doing or what you might need. But they make is much easier to get a job done because they are so helpful. Great store!
