I WAS HAPPY WITH MY OVERALL VISIT. ALWAYS CHECKING FOR DISCOUNTS AND SALES.

It's probably disturbing as to why I give this an excellent review in all 4 areas, listed above, and why won't I recommend this store to anyone. The reasons is because of the dangerous situation that exist in the restroom. Home Depot, just like many business are trying to save money by removing the hand drying paper towels. It is very unfortunate, that some people will use the rest room and not wash their hands, while at the same time, depositing their germs all over the door handle. People like myself, are put to a great risk of contracting all forms of diseases. The hand drying paper towel, gave people like myself the option of using a paper towel to grab the handle. Even if the design was changed to have the doors opening out; we wouldn't have to grab the handle. I was in the rest room one day and a guy walked out before me, while grabbing the handle without washing his hands. I was so angry, that I just happen to be walking behind him, while telling him how nasty he was. I would not recommend this experience to anyone. As a matter of fact; there is a Lowes, within one mile, where the floor plan design has no doors to the rest room, and their still have hand drying paper towels. Home Depot is putting so much emphasis on everything but the health and safety of their customers.

Cashier Temisha # TMC846 imeditly showed me the March that on sale and I told her I wanted some she called for help to load it I paid for it one of the men checke my receipt and I was on my way. Couldn't have worked out any better

The store was clean and the item I needed was readily available however, a bit difficult to retrieve from the shelf. Did not see (and I did not go looking for) an associate so somewhat struggled to get what I needed. In spite of that I was in and out in no time.

I always enjoy shopping at home depot. I love the layout. The store is always clean Floors clean, products are in order on the shelves.The associates are very helpful. So many items to chose from. Thank you! P.S. The lighting is great!

I visited the I-10 Bullard store and I am glad I did. The store associates (in flooring) were very helpful and gave me information I didn't even think about asking. The cashier was very friendly and patient.

Inspite of the multitude times I have visited HD and the fact I hvae spent well over $50,000 purchasing material and supplies to rebuild my home and rental property after Hurricane Katrina, I am still awestruck everytime I visit one of the stores. I am very proud of the professional staff as well as the awesome products that are advertised. In fact everytime I leave the store I think about something else I need are can use from there. During this visit the store clerk did a fantastic job in matching the paint I needed. Although initially I was hesistant I left the store completely satisfied with the results. Let me also add, it really helps to get the military discount HD offers since I shop there quite often. Thanks to the entire staff of HD for the great customer services.

I am always able to find what I am looking for and if I cannot locate their is always a nice associate willing to assist.

I went in to make large kitchen purchase. Associate hooked me up so fast. I was in out store in 15 min. I was not expecting this purchase to be so easy. They really made my day!

The sales associates are friendly, knowledgeable, polite. I am a grandmother and a frequent customer. The associates are quick to offer help but do not talk down to me. They are aware of how often I come into the store and register that frequency with a smile. But, I notice that I am not the only one treated with such kindness and respect. Everyone gets it. I am renovating my home. And, the Bullard Home Depot is the first place I go for materials and equipment.

I shop in home depot a lot. This time the visit was very at ease.What i mean by that,is everything i needed was there and what i couldn't find someone was there to help.That really make things a lot easier to get back to the job i was working on.So i like to say thanks!

Need associates to work in Gardening that are familiar with the plants or if they are not familiar at least walk around with you to help locate what you are looking for. Associate displayed a very poor lack of interest.

Was able to find the products I needed. Great assistance by customer service and a wide range to select from.

I love shopping at Home Depot I feel at home when I'm shoping at home depot because the associates are friendly and approachable. They ask you-- how are you feeling and If they can help you with a smile. ex. That's what Ms Jamie in garden department did for me today. All of the associates are friendly and very helpful. I enjoy spending my money where I'm appreciated. The floors are cleaned and shines.. It spells good too. Items are on the shelves straight and in order. Thank you for your GREAT SERVICE!! NOW THAT'S HOME DEPOT AT IT'S BEST. OH, I SHOP AT HOME DEPOT BECAUSE YOU ALL WERE OPEN AFTER HURRICANE KATRINA WHEN NO ONE ELSE WAS. WHICH ENABLE ME TO MOVE BACK INTO MY HOME ASAP. AGAIN, THANK YOU!

The guy help me I came to purchase a weeds eater and he was helpful and the checkout lady also.

I am extremely satisfied with the service I received on my visit. With the remodeling of my house I needed the assistance and reassurance of certain products, and that I was given. Monica, and Dominique thank you so much for your assistance. As a customer I felt the friendly connection and felt comfortable to go in the store without someone tagging along because I had all questions answered. Laureal and Keith thank you for the quickly check out and also advising me of the rewards program. Its a shame that I had been to other Home Depots before and spent a great deal of money but was never advise of the program until then. Overall thank you all!!!!

I got all help in the garden center. The young lady was great . Her name was Saimoa.
