Associates always offer help to and give help when I need it.

was very happy with the associate help that we received. and was greeted at the door. clean store. would recommend to others.

Aaron S. assisted me finding peg boards and various other pieces of hardware that I needed for a jewelry board. He took his time, was knowledgeable and pleasant. He thought of very innovative ways for me to carry this board also, and my experience was 5 STAR. As I approached the checkout, I was assisted by the very, very helpful DJ Wagner, who even walked out to my car, packed it with my purchases and even carefully maneuvered all of the items that I purchased into my vehicle so that everything would fit. EXCELLENT STAFF.

The building was clean.we were satisfied for what we found.we will be back again soon.

Store is neat, clean and well stocked. But, what sets this Home Depot apart is the employees! Always friendly and they go out of their way to make sure you're satisfied. Quite rare these days and much appreciated!

Found what i wanted, quickly, easily and at a fair price.

As a former retail manager, I am perhaps more aware of superior customer service, or maybe I should say, more observant of the service. The young woman who assisted us at the self check-out was pleasant, cordial, and quickly helpful. I did not catch her name. J-- in the gardening and trash can area was helpful and easy to talk with. J--- in tools was just remarkably helpful and cheerful and informative and he was patient when helping my husband select the right drill and bits and screws for his projects. He asked the right questions to guide him toward helping my husband make good choices. Knowledgeable and personable. We asked where to find box flashlights and he took us to a display and also helped us when it appeared that none of the flashlights had bulbs. Professional and yet not afraid to let his personality make customers feel that they could trust his recommendations and also make them feel at ease. Not sure why I am not to name the associates who provided such outstanding service; they deserve recognition. We were at your store for 2 and a half hours or so; every associate we saw smiled and greeted us and/or asked if we needed help . Overall a very good experience.

The Home Depot is my favorite store for DIY projects. The Selection, Quality and Price of the products is far better than the competition. Thanks for a Great Store!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the two associates that we deal with, Lenny, and Chelsea, were very friendly, and offered and did more than expected. they both were happy, friendly, and knowledgeable. we live next to your competitor, (half mile) in indiana pa, but drive to your store for our remodeling needs. We will gladly spend the fuel to deal with Lenny and Chelsea in the future. great people, great experience with the two of them.

THE SALES STAFF AND CASHIERS ARE EXTREMELY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL. THE STORE IS BRIGHT AND CLEAN. I REALLY FEEL COMFORTABLE SHOPPING IN THAT KIND OF ENVIRONMENT AND RECOMMEND HOME DEPOT OVER OTHER STORES EVERYDAY. EX. I NEEDED FURNACE FILTERS ONE STORE HAD THEM ADVERTISED $1 EACH, BUT DID NOT HAVE MY SIZE, WALMART DID NOT HAVE MY SIZE AND A VERY DISAPPOINTING SELECTION, MORAL OF THE STORY, SHOULD HAVE SAVED A LOT OF NEEDLESS LOOKING BY GOING TO JOHNSTOWN HOME DEPOT FIRST. GREAT SELECTION, HAD MY SIZE AND BEAT THE ADVERTISED PRICE AT FIRST STORE. AS ALWAYS, WILL BE BACK!!!

Went to HD to get some hardware to finish a work bench project and noticed the smoke alarms near check out. Needed one for the upstairs of our house and seeing it reminded me.

Store was clean and all Home Depot employees were friendly and helpfull.

i always walk the same route through the store looking for what i want. thus may find a bargain or two , at least they do not move areas to confuse my train of thought.
