Great Customer service

Quick and easy...

Excellent customer service and definite variety of product and warranties. Sales associates in Kapolei Home Depot Carpet Center, Francis, Ernie, and Sonia are extremely knowledgeable and had demonstrated outstanding customer service! Ernie did a great job extending himself by showing us the Bargain Buy area and demonstrating carpet and padding. We were sold and decided to NOT shop around. Great job all!

Very, very helpful customer service especially since I'm doing my home by myself!

Lenny is awesome and so is the rest of the team at customer service I had no problem checking out and was even assisted to get my stock form the back very kindly Everything was neatly stocked and fully stocked at that. And the best part was that I didn't have to walk the entire store to find help there was always someone around.

I have a Home Depot closer to my work and home than the Kapolei store but the employees are so friendly and helpful I'm going to make the drive up there when I need something from now on. Esther and Sonny were very pleasant and I appreciated their help today.

No assistance. Walk to paint employee talking story. Items I'm looking for online in-store say it's available. When I go in,nothing in stock. No consistency in customer service. When day I'm greeted with open arms only because there is a district manager. Next day I don't exist. Especially Sarah by pro desk. I will never ever go to her register again. She will ruin your day. You will think. Dream. Work. Eat and breathe thinking of the bad service she gave you. So much you feel like vomiting.

i enjoy walking around looking for things I might need. It's clean and busy. prices in the cleaning dept is reasonable. shelfs is stock. most of all I like the garden dept. I would be back.I would rate this a 9. customer service needed attention more.

We love shopping at Home Depot all Locations; for our work supplies. Happy faces, smiles and greetings in departments. We were faced with disappointments at the Pro Service, Bill was very rude, mean, aggressive; he had a mean attitude; all we needed was assistance at the check out at Pro Service; he looked at us as if we were stupid..We NEVER had any problem going to any Home Depot. We do our business and home shopping at HD. Wife spoke to Laney, Manager, she apologized and will talk to Bill at Pro Service. It sad because Christmas is in a few days

The drive from my town of Mililani to Kapolei was worth it. Compared to a drive to Pearl City which is closer to me. Awesome store with an awesome team.

Although the store was currently preparing for Christmas, it was still very organized. The workers where pre occupied stocking and organizing but still made themselves available to assist customers. I thought that to be very professional. As fars as the products, i think they should expand on certain items known to have a high demand by locals. For example Tarps, Locals in Hawaii are very outdoorsy people and almost evrey family has either a pop up tent or pole tent, why do you think your 1" conduit piping sells out like hot cakes at times. Other examples would be a wider variety of rocks & gravel (landscaping), and aslo expand on grill replacement parts. Specifically webber charcoal grill parts. I believe if your company takes a little bit of effort to tailor your Hawaii stores and mach their unique customers demands and environment, I strongly feel that you'll truly put Home Depot above the rest of its competitors and make it a one stop shop for a home improvement store.
