This store has the best customer service , always clean , friendly, everyone is welcome.

I am a project manager and usually buy my stuff from the Home Depot on Keifer rd. All of the employees are nice and particularly Shabnam is always very kind and helpful.

Tina, the cashier is why i continue to shop at your store. SHe is very helpful, patient and has reat custurmer service skills. She had to work though the computer and credit card machine issue and still provided great customer service.

I went to Home Depot for the kitchen remodeling project with very little knowledge in this area. I was extremely happy with the designer, Rani Notohutomo. She is a very good listener and understands what I need. She provided a lot of valuable design ideals and recommendations during the design phase for my consideration. My wife and I are very happy with her cabinet design.

The Sunnyvale store is a rarity for Home Depot's in the bay area! Helpful, knowledgeable, approachable associates. Example: Bill in the paint department, polite helpful and cares. Shabnam cashier, polite, if she doesn't know the answer she gets someone who knows. These two associates are doer's! Thank you Bill and Shabnam!

I had great experience working with Kitchen designer Rani in Sunnyvale to completely redesign my whole kitchen. She was friendly, professional, very attention oriented, extremely knowledgeable, and thoughtful. She was very creative in the process of coming with various options for me to choose from and designed a kitchen to suit my needs to utilize the most of small space. She is very efficient, after two meetings, the design was finalized and the cabinets were ordered. I highly recommend her.

Needed to replace some lightbulbs, batteries and other things. I was greeted right away by an employee name, Angela. She walked with me throughout the whole store to get what I needed. A “Wow” moment for me. What could of been an hour of search and find came down to ten minutes. Awesome service!

Plenty of options, choice and decent price

I tried to call the store many times and no one picked up the phone. I purchased a dishwasher in the store and the installation service was very poor. I felt the people doing the job are not very professional. There is a water leak right after installation but no one is coming to fix it. Overall, I was happy with the store experience but when there is a trouble it seems very hard to get help from the store.

Great Customer Service - The Kifer store has great associates in the aisles to help customers. On a recent visit to the store I was having trouble finding a plumbing fitting (the area was a little messy) and asked for assistance from one of the plumbing associates. Desmond was the one and he assisted me in finding the fitting, even when the fitting was not where it should have been. He kept on looking and turned it up out of some corner in the display or shelf somewhere. His dedication to helping me when it would have been easy to just say it was not stocked in its location and to commit himself to finding this fitting so I could complete my job was amazing. I am in great appreciation for his extra efforts and successful find. It was one of those 10 moments...

I definitely do not recommend this store to anyone. This store has no employees when entering the store. This location does racial profiling to the fullest extinct. Instead of walking up to you and asking you if you need any help with anything. They follow you through out the store making you uncomfortable. We went to the store to purchase items for our home projects and instead getting great customer service we got treated as if we were gonna steal. Mind you we were dressed appropriately and because the color of our skin. We are hard working American citizens and were there to buy things we needed. On our own we did locate what we came in for. I've worked in management for most of my career and never treated customers the way we were treated. With that being said I know with LP you keep an eyes on people who look like thieves, so I get it. But don't judge every customer who comes in like they are planning to steal, based on the color of their skin. If you like being racially profiled and being uncomfortably stared at... Then this store is perfect. It's also perfect if you like terrible customer service. I do not recommend this location. The only positive thing about the store and our visit was the self check out. The machine treated us better than the staff did.

Ask for Rani or Carlos within Kitchen Design dept. They are two of the most dedicated employees, and made navigating the complexities of large kitchen redesign easy- which was a huge relief for me, having never undertaken such a large product before. They deserve the highest praise for outstanding service to their customers.

Everyone at the Kifer Road store seems anxious to please and during these difficult times their kindness is greatly appreciated. Whenever I shop there, I seem to return with a nice story / positive experience to share. We all benefit from more kindness and I am happy to shop here. The pickup at curb works very well also. I have never waited more than 5 minutes. I would say, all in all, this store has adapted well to the challenges of retail these days and that's why I gave them 5 stars.

Had a positive experience getting help from store workers Vic & Jim today. I needed a product that was only on the top overstock area. Vic helped me and found Jim to operate the forklift. They both were very nice and quick to help me out. When I saw Jim later when checking out, he apologized that it took so long to get the item down and thanked me for my patience. I thought they had worked quickly and didn't think the wait was long at all, but I appreciated the great customer service these two gentlemen provided.

If you are a not a contractor and have difficulty standing in one spot for any length of time bring a chair. The check-out lines can be a real killer when there is only one checker.

They were surprisingly friendly and helpful on my last visit. 3 employees helped me out.

My HD always gives good service b4 difficult to find team member available past year seems to be Improved! Guy in plumbing made an announcement for a team member to meet in electrical. I truly needed a full tutorial because CFL, LED & Basic bulbs. Alex showed up quickly & had amazing electrical knowledge, was very patient, enthusiastic, helpful. was everso grateful & made it possible for 2 customers w/quik inquires to jump in he had vast gen store info to satisfy them. Thank you ALEX!!!!!!!
