The store that I went , I was not satisfied was on De Anza Blvd, Cupertino. Not on Kifer Road, Sunnyvale. Maybe that was their system to assist people. I prefer to have someone call for me, explain to me , be supportive and assist me, rather saying, " You can call from this phone just like we do and talk for yourself. " Then I asked her, " Then what are you doing here for ?" I was not pleased. Also there was only one staff in that section and including myself, 3 customers waiting. Not good !

Checkout cashier was rude and tried to force me into getting a Home Depot card. I’ll defin drive to another location to avoid this experience again.

I have purchased several items from this depo and every items I purchased are of good quality and long lasting. It is nice to shop in there.

Conveniently located, employees are always friendly and helpful, always have what I am looking for or need.

My experiences in the Appliances department was fantastic. Mike Slavin helped me get my top-loading washer in just a matter of minutes. Prior to entering Home Depot I had gone to the area Fry's and Lowe's and was met with abysmal customer service not to mention lack of inventory across the board. Mike pulled up the exact model I wanted, made sure the price was on par with Lowe's, and completed my order with the scheduling of delivery/hauling away the old washer in just minutes! I was thrilled. Right after I thanked him another lady also came up to say the same thing - she said Mike really helped me out as well. Thank you, Mike!

Store was Busy but Cashier Kelly on register #2 when I was there on 4/13/18 around 3pm was very polite and professional asked me to sign up for a credit card to get a discount on a Ryobi Drill I was buying I told her I may have bad credit but she told me let’s give it a try I did not get approved but she still gave me a gift out of a shopping cart of stuff I ended up getting some light bulbs for free. She made my Day I can’t even remember when a cashier was so nice to me anywhere Thank You !

It is a large store, but unfortunately the staff is not very knowledgeable of their inventory and they are not very helpful. They act like they know what they are talking about but very defensive. Go to Orchard for service.

This store has been helpful for our entire home remodel over the years. The employees are very helpful and take the extra time to find what we needed. Angelina Martinez is an especially outstanding, competent, and kind employee.

Great service at the store. Jim from Tools department helped me pick the right screw driver quickly. I have always found staff here very friendly and helpful. I spent an hour at other home improvement store looking for the screw driver and ended up getting the wrong size by myself.

The stores open early which is very convenient for me. The store is very neat and tidy with aisle area marked clearly. One time i had difficulty in locating a particular small part (a nut) when an associate eagerly assisted me in finding what i was looking for. Good shopping experience.Thanks Home Depot.

I find the product easily by help of worker of Home Depot. The store is clean, and associates friendly.

The store had carts full of return merchandise blocking the aisles. Checkout took an absurdly long time for the amount of things being scanned and the very normal payment methods being used. Two employees were friendly, but they may have been employees of brands being represented in the store rather than the store itself. Worst, we asked if the product we were buying was in fact, new, non-defective, for sale and not a return. The box had clearly been opened and retaped shut. When we asked about the restocking process and more information, one employee reopened the box, poked around, said it was all fine before closing it again. The second employee said that sometimes customers open things and it wouldn't be retaped and on the shelf if it weren't fine. Naturally, we come home and find it missing parts, the manual, and the warranty. Now, we are missing the equipment we needed and saddled with having to deal with a return. There are few reasons for a brick-and-mortar store to exist and this blatant, lazy lying in place of actual customer service nullifies them. In sum, the only product we could find was defective. The store was clean-ish. The associates were not unfriendly, but pawned off defective merchandise on us instead of doing the work to answer our questions truthfully.

The personnel were very available, friendly and helpful.
