The handicapped stall has no toilet paper dispenser. Staff said it's been gone for months, but they have no Facilities staff, everything is contracted. Obviously it's not of any importance to look professional. This goes for the wiring as well; loose conduit, disconnected conduit, missing faceplates and exposed outlets all over the store. I doubt a single outlet is GFI compliant.

I brought the old roll down blind in- 8 feet long, a week latter I received this small box. I called before driving back to re-order- I asked how late someone would be in the blind Department- I was put on hold to wait- he came back and told me 10 pm, I drive down in traffic- there was no one in the department to help me- no one skilled in placing a special order even though I had the paperwork with the wrong measurements- the guy who told me someone would be there to help needs a good talking to/ the guy you ordered the blinds with the wrong measurements needs a good talking to- I need to be refined for my 90 mins of sitting in traffic and money for gas. Extremely frustrating

I wish the store would move the shopping carts closer to the front door! They are placed about 50 feet to the left of the front door! I wish Home Depot would hire more employees to assist shoppers. I wish the store would bring back the other security station/camera that used to be located near the first rows of parking as you enter the parking area. Sometimes there are shady looking people loitering in the parking lot area. I do not have a problem with those looking for work(to be hired by shoppers). Sometimes I park all the way down near the area where 'the contractor parking' and Garden Supplies are because there is a security camera there.

Mark on the exterior door department helped us all the way through. He explained everything. He’s very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. We are so grateful on his efforts and time. We purchased what we need with the help of Mark.

I needed a door Online I had issues as the door in photo was without frame. Visit required I met a great associate she will remain anonymous she found both doors i was looling at and explainedprice differences upsold me on the more expensive one and formy troublea she had it deliverwd next day free of charge! Kudos to you for taking charge and Im very happy with my door.

I placed an order online. The empoyees at Pick Up were wonderful. What a relief to have 8them place so much heavy landscaping material in my trunk

I got email saying it had been delivered, but NOT TO MY HOUSE! Spent much of 4 hr. calling the 800 no. and being transferred to the store, saying the Proof of Delivery shows my order at the base of a while garage door. I do not HAVE a garage with a door! The order was misdelivered by a non-Home Depot driver they use and the Mgr. can't reach him after calling repeatedly as the driver doesn't answer his phone. This is Day 2 and I still do not have what I paid for. I keep calling. I asked John the Mgr. to get the order located and delivered to MY address and to keep on top of this and let me know when he's arranged for that but it's noon and I've heard nothing today. I'm out $800 unless he finds and gets the misdelivered order picked up and delivered to me. Utterly unbelievable. I've shopped in HOme Depot stores for many years but this is the first time I've purchased anything to be delivered. I've suggested they never use that driver again and the Mgr. said "yeah, we've been having a lot of trouble w/ them" but that doesn't get me my order. Of course I can call my credit card co. and tell them not to honor the payment I made, but I need what I ordered!

Oscar, in customer service, was extremely helpful and courteous. He helped me load a gas grill onto a truck. When I offered him a tip he politely refused and thanked me. This was a generous gesture on his part. I also saw him deescalate a customer's frustration before waiting on me. He politely dealt with her concerns and was professional in his demeanor at all times. I was very impressed with this location as a result.

Bought empty loctite super glue they were completely dried up and I'm returning them this is unacceptable.

The Sunnyvale store seems smaller than other Home Depos. Maybe the kitchen appliances and countertops section is pared down, but it definitely has the small fixtures, plumbing, and other hardware that are high priority when I need them. As an added bonus of the smaller size, parking is easier and walking is shorter compared to other Depos.

I asked 4 HD employees for help. I finally found what I wanted on my own. One was on his phone, and two were talking and didn’t want to be bothered. The 4th employee didn’t know his stock. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL.

I came here for an electric welder. I asked for some help from an employee near by to help me open retrieve the item, but they were very grumpy and not friendly at all and pointed to an older gentlemen named John. I'm glad the grumpy stocker wasn't the one that helped me since he wasn't very nice. John on the other hand was super helpful and nice. He was able to help me get the electric welder from behind the metal bar that was locking the welder in.

We have a new home construction and needed assistance designing a kitchen that would serve as the centerpiece of the house. Initially, we were hesitant to choose Home Depot for such a major project, but that changed when we met Rani Notohutomo (at Kifer). Rani quickly created a 3D CAD rendering of our initial kitchen design ideas, allowing us to explore, revise, modify, and refine through a number of ideas until we arrived at the final design. Her technical expertise, responsiveness, familiarity with design tools, attention to detail, and willingness to explore multiple options were instrumental in our decision to move forward with Home Depot instead of a specialty kitchen design shop. We also believe her background in architecture gives her a distinct advantage, both in technical knowledge and artistic vision. Now that our home is nearly complete, we’re thrilled with our decision to trust Rani for our kitchen design.

I went in to inquire about the display Santa. Depending on the outcome I was also interested in buying a dishwasher. You see i was in store 2 months ago and nobody was in that dept to sell me one. After running around store looking for someone to sell me one, I called from my cell to the store. Waited & was greeted by crickets. Nobody came. In survey, I mentioned in detail, my Santa display dilemma. As this visit was met with 100% difference from last time, I purchased the dishwasher & almost a wall oven & attached microwave. The sales person was so helpful! It changed my attitude toward Home Depot!

At a recent visit to #640, we were looking for a short list of items to support some home repairs. We first got some help from a worker at the Pro desk to reach the right aisle. She was very helpful and looked up our inquiry on her computer. She provided 3 destinations. We went to each designated space and had some questions, Another worker responded to our inquiry and clarified the available options. We picked out just the right stuff to solve our problem and checked out. That’s as good as it gets.

The Sunnyvale is in a great location for me. I appreciate all the items they have, the prices, and the app that helps you shop the store.

This Home Depot in Sunnyvale is very clean, well stocked and the employees are awesome. Also I was super happy that my app updated to this store (rather than the not so great one I normally go to). Everything was easy to find as well.

Stocked supplies, friendly staff and easy checkout

I was shopping at Home Depot my favorite store, when I started feeling poorly when I lost my vision then I started to get confused. When the guy who was helping me noticed what was going on and did what he could to keep me calm and got me some orange juice from the employees lounge to bring my blood sugar back up. His name was John, and he saved my life.

Went to Home Depot to find a Christmas tree and couldn’t find the one we wanted. Rani came up to us and helped us out. He took the time to see what was in stock and laid out all our options. He was so helpful and we walked out with a tree we loved!

I was worried about finding products I do not usually need. Many employees here are helpful, but David and Alison were exceptionally helpful and understanding tonight. I truly appreciate this.

We were greeted by Bret who is a veteran with a great big smile and very helpful attitude which is a rare find these days.

Staff are really professional and kind

While patiently waiting in line at the self check out, the employee manning the self check out allowed a person to cut right in front of me and say to me "you need to wait in line" in a extremely rude and demeaning tone. I feel very offended by this conduct!

I met with Rani to help design my kitchen remodel. Right away Rani was able to come up with a design that fit my space. This helped me envision they layout and see things that I didn't think of before. Rani was very accommodating to my questions and design changes which encouraged me to continue working on the design. I highly recommend Rani to anyone who needs help designing a kitchen.
