Their supplies for the electrical items I was looking for may not be fully stocked, Zoltan K., the electrical department supervisor, went out his way to assist and even price adjust certain items just to satisfy me as a customer. Amir, the Home Depot representative at the Customer Service Desk provided me with an exceptional experience in addressing my specific concerns. I had made some purchases the previous day through a promotional offer by Milwaukee Cordless Tools (Milwaukee Customer Service Number 1-800- Sawdust: great service as well). Following the purchase, I had second thoughts on the specific tool selections I had made and I decided I wanted to exchange/swap one of the tools. Though this exchange was within the parameters of the promotional offer, it would take some effort to make it happen. Amir provided the results desired and did so within the guidelines of the promotion and Home Depot policy. Amir and the Sunnyvale Home Depot on Kifer Road, have earned my tool purchasing loyalty going forward. Thank you!

Julian, the manager at the Sunnyvale location on Kifer Road, consistently exceeds expectation. Though his responsibilities are many, I have witnessed his willingness to address individual concerns through completion. His efforts have made a difference in my shopping experience there and though there are several locations in the area, the Kifer Road location will continue to receive my loyalty as a Home Depot customer. Home Depot would do well to retain his services. His efforts are greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Great place to buy anything a handyman would need. Staff are helpful.

The only helpful person here was a woman named Marianne. Everyone else made my shopping experience worse (e.g. the check out guy voided my gift card and so I couldn't use it because apparently the system takes 24 hours to reboot the reload the gift card balance, and one of the associates belittled me as "young" and "inexperienced home owner" that needs to keep learning my lessons. Overall would not recommend (but please give Marianne a raise!).

I found the associates at this store to be very knowledgeable and helpful. The store was orderly, clean and easily to navigate.

Today, April 19, with covid19 still a threat, some employees weren't wearing masks. One employee was coughing (repeatedly!) into his hand and operating the touch screen on the key cutting machine. Be better, HD: mask up, train your employees, and have a culture where one employee can remind another to behave.

During this Covid19 virus is the time to promote appreciation of Home Depot's dedicated employees, they’re just not putting food on their tables, they are truly at the front lines and promoting good will and deserve a little extra, use your words, thank them for their service.

Special appliance order was scheduled for home delivery. I heard nothing until I called on the promised delivery date to learn the appliance was damaged from the vendor and there would be no delivery. Their website to check the status of the order does not work - they acknowledged this recurring website problem.
