On my last 2 visits here, it was relatively easy to find an Associate to help me find something, or solve a project problem. This is a MARKED change from recent years, and I hope mgmt keeps it up. Almost like being at OSH, the model of floor helpfulness.

Very helpfull staff

Physical location of this store may seem not too ideal convenience wise, but the store itself carried sufficient enough of the products I needed in general each visit, and the employees were friendly and quite willing to help out with anything you need assistance with.

I recently filled up the survey and mention Rajesh from Kifer store in Sunnyvale who above the great service as always the other day reinbursed me 20.00 I forgot the day before which he had next to a copy of my receipt, once he verified the number he gace me the bill which I had considered lost. Thanks Rajesh for your great service and going above and beyond

Great service and value in ordering windows, patio doors, doors, and closet doors. The Millworks specialist, Niphia Pon, at the Kifer Home Depot store is very patient, knowledgeable and made my experience exceptional when ordering thousands of dollars of custom windows, doors, patio doors, and closet doors. Thank you Niphia for your excellent customer service and help! When I need to order more windows, patio doors, etc for my other unit I will come back to order from Niphia. Extremely impressed and satisfied with her service. There's a reason so many people always ask for her by name and wait to come back when she is in. I came back 5 days in a row just to work with her and it was well worth it.

Kristine makes this store 100% better usually they are not always my most favorite as far as employees being nice & friendly half the time I'm waiting for someone the other half of the time the person helping me doesn't seem to be that confident in what they are suggesting but that girl kristine is the sweetest & she is extremely knowledgeable & she helped me being away from her usual area of the store but what she recommended worked great!!!! Thumbs up to her!

home appliance sales person is very helpful and supportive

I have ordered online and came to pickup my order for about 10 minutes none of the employees at the pickup desk pay attention to me. They were all "busy" on the phone or talking to each other, and completely ignored me waiting for them.

roland in return is very nice and helpful and knows what he is doing.

Though I found the store a bit overwhelming to browse around, the employees were very helpful and friendly. It was easy to find what I needed to buy with their help.

Very convenient and courteous people in this store. I would prefer to go to this store when needs arises.

If you have a need for flooring or carpet I highly recommend you see either Maria or Kristyn, or both. They are very helpful and will go beyond to make sure you have what you need and will offer many suggestions along the way.

This store should have bike racks near the entrance. It isn't bike friendly.

Regina and Maria in the flooring department was amazing. They went above and beyond in helping me shop for all my DIY tiling project. They place special tile orders for me and set up home delivery in a timely fashion.

The associate at the return counter lacks a good customer service skill. Very rude and unprofessional.

The store is clean, and stuff are easy to find with some inquiry.

This store is in need of some updating and cleanup. I've been shopping at this location for quite a long time, more than 15 years and I think it's about time that it got a cleaner, fresher look. A good remodel would do wonders for the shopping experience.

There's a bike route that runs past the store, so it is a shame that there are no bike racks. I always have to lock my bike to a "no parking" sign or to the shopping cart return rack, which is inconvenient for me and not very helpful to people to have to move the shopping carts.
