There's a bike route that runs past the store, so it is a shame that there are no bike racks. I always have to lock my bike to a "no parking" sign or to the shopping cart return rack, which is inconvenient for me and not very helpful to people to have to move the shopping carts.

Every time I am in the store, I notice the plants inside & outside tend to be very dry with many dying. I no longer see anyone paying attention to the plants or watering. I didn't buy plants many times because they were too damaged from lack of water. I'm happy to see more varieties of native plants becoming available.

Bought a refrigerator and was helped by a great salesperson, Beth T. She made it a pleasant experience for us by providing outstanding customer service. I would definitely recommend buying at this Home Depot (Kifer Rd) branch .

Associates were not available or very helpful. Some store isles were cluttered and dirty.

Kifer road Home Depot is what you expect in a professional construction supply store yet is also completely accessible for anyone who might not be in the business. The associates are helpful, the selection of tools and materials is broad, and the prices are fair.

I love that this store is so quiet! I can concentrate on products I am looking at and do not feel rushed or irritated by noisy music.

I went to the store to purchase lumber. There were cut pieces of lumber all over the floor. the lumber was not properly sorted. I had a specific need. 2 poplar 5 1/2 forty inches long. I also needed 3 2 1/2 inch 30 inches long. I cut the narrow boards by hand with a dull saw. The cutting station was piled with cut pieces of lumber with which I had to compete for workspace. I took the larger piece to the circular saw, which was broken. The board was to large to cut with a hand saw so I decided to purchase the whole board. At the checkout I discovered that the barcode labels were damaged and was informed that even though I gave the cashier the product description she could not enter the information in her terminal. I was informed that I would have to return to the lumber aisle and select a board with an undamaged label. No offer was made to have an associate do a price check. The cashier at the next register agreed with her. Because I could not purchase the boards cut to size I was forced to buy a foot more than I needed and cut it when I got home.

Since I usually visit this store during work hours for work items, it's nice I can get in/out pretty quickly. Always someone available to help me find what I need and always friendly. Check out is easy and so are returns. The lines are short and quick and I love the self check outs! Great Job Team Home Depot!!

This store should hire more Associates. or make sure someone is being more attentive with customers

when I initiated a project Homedepot always be my first store to visit.

This is a bit complicated since the problem is not entirely Home Depot's fault. We bought a dishwasher that the sales associate said would fit in our kitchen despite my telling him that we have a slightly lower countertop than normal, 33 1/2 inches. When the installation team came over a week later, they said the dishwasher wouldn't fit, so would not do the installation. We later went back to Home Depot and met with a somewhat more knowledgeable associate than the first one we had dealt with. He downloaded the installation instructions for the model we had purchased. The instructions showed that the dishwasher could have been installed if the installers would have removed the back legs and shortened the adjustable front legs. After several phone calls to the installation providers, the Home Depot associate found out that the installers will not do such things. We ended up coming back a couple of days later to purchase an ADA compliant dishwasher which should fit, but, as I write this, the installation team has not yet come to deliver and install this dishwasher, so I don't know what the final outcome will be. The moral of this story is to not trust what the associates tell you. They are, in general, not knowledgeable enough about the details of installing appliances to be trusted to give accurate advice on which model to purchase.

Things are easy to find and kept isle clear at all times.

We purchased a dishwasher. The associate who helped us was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the different machines and the installation process. He helped us through an on-line comparison of two dishwashers. After we chose the one we wanted, the associate took a great deal of time to go through the entire process from purchase through delivery and installation, explaining each step and answering all our questions. Frankly over the years Home Depot has reduced its service to customers, but this was a very positive step in the right direction. We will definitely consider Home Depot for future large appliance purchases.

Chaz in doors and windows department rocks! He is very patient and knowledgeable. I was only going to get my windows from the Homedepot, but because of Chaz I'm going to order my doors as well.

They always have everything I need (and then some). In my last visit, I came in just to duplicate a key and ended up walking out with a 6-foot inflatable Santa, an R2D2 donning a Santa Hat and a Olaf greeter (also wearing a Santa Hat).

John C. helped find the items I needed in a timely fashion and advice for planting my roses during the seasons. John H. helped my grab the items that were too high on to reach on the shelf.
