I bought this today and very very disappointed wasted my day and cost of labor waited for whole day

Today I have two New Tool for my car cleaning, have heard a lot from people about this product, Tools looks Kool I love these, But You know Didn't have the batteries so still waiting to make some more money to buy so much expensive batteriies

Love my storage tote and I need more of them.

3 Home Depot employees watched 4 customers check out, not once offering to help the inexperienced amateurs with checking out. Instead of watching how about doing the job.

I am so happy to bought this۔

This store recently purchased new carts for hauling building materials! Not a moment too soon for me! I had to purchase a couple hundred fence pickets for a fence I’m building, and the new carts sure made the shopping experience a whole lot easier pushing the heavily loaded cart!

Samar stepped in and saved the entire project by making necessary phone calls and pulling together details that had been lost. She got the job back on track when I was ready to throw my hands up.

A big company yet do not honor the discounted item and received my payment.

Just want to say SAMAR Assaf was very helpful and knowledgeable in ordering our blinds for us. She made it simple and hassle free, did not beat around the bush on delivery time frame and such. And always with a smile. She is a gem and someone that should be valued at Home Depot.

I bought something ,somebody help me

I was looking for a washing machine for my mother, and was helped immediately. I loved the fact that the sales associate did not put pressure on me to buy a particular washing machine. Ida, who was the sales associate, did help us come to a wise decision in picking a viable washing machine.

Shopper-Homeowner; Customer Service has continued to decline. Took forever to get help after pointed off into builder's outer space THEN "it's NOT my area, go to Customer Service!" Um Hello as long as Im a customer and you're employed on site.....YOU worker are the service for ME (& others), the Customer!!!! Ugh shot out to the one worker days before this purchase whom stayed with us until closing (why we needed to return) to TRY and help. Thank You, Eventually we found what we needed successfully!!!! Place is organized & fully stocked is ONLY why 4 Stars & would refer a friend.

Right place for all your home improvement projects

As a woman, I am not really familiar with everything that I need sometimes for small projects but the employees at this store, they know! And they are most helpful in helping me find all of the supplies I need, plus they tell me how to use them. Really appreciate this.

I have noticed that walking though the parking area there is not Not a safe walking area , walk way. People are forced to walk in the traffic way. Unsafe walkway. Walk areas blocked by products outside

Very limited selection horrible store I drive 5 miles further just to avoid even stopping at this store since it’s a complete waste of time the employees are terrible. The selection is terrible and the lines are long. I hate this place.
