I absolutely love this store!!!! My favorite store in the whole world is Home Depot. The employees have taught me alot over the years!!!

I bought a pull-out sprayer for my sink and it works fine and it only took me 5 minutes to assembly together. That's what I call accuracy.

You have to hunt down customer service attendants to assist you.....

I get all my stuff from home depot department

The staff always assist me when I have questions. I have even received helpful tips. The store is usually fully stocked with products I need and if not the staff explains when more products will arrive.

I am definitely happy with my purchases

Placed a big order with the ladies and they were so helpful and friendly to us and help us with future order we will need for our project.

Susan was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She went up and above her job to make sure my situation was handled immediately and that I was satisfied with my shopping experience as a whole.

I just kindly ask a item how to use it. There was a very unprofessional employee “Desuhan” or “Deshan” she said you’re asking me I’m as supposed to know. I don’t understand why people is not checking with phone and asking to me! She replied like this. And she was in attitude get out off here. And I contact with manger explained situation he listened to me and he said I can’t do anything. The manger name was WILLIM. Over all I’m very disappointed.

Nichole was super helpful, went above and beyond to address my refund issue. While the other associate/s offered to issue a $0.01 credit, towards a purchase of $51.94, Nichole was patient and empathic. She listened and understood my frustration (with the other associate) and not only offered to help but actually resolved the issue, with no fuss whatsoever. She is the only reason, I would return to this store, though it is far. As long as HD has assets like Nichole, they will have my business.

Gail and rest of the staff was very courteous, detailed, professional and respectful.

cashier Shirley was terrific at checkout, she was courteous and professional, I did not get any help while I was shopping unfortunately, but Shirley made up for it with her positive attitude when I checked out

Product I wanted was sold out. Asked an employee if manager can authorize a similar value substitution. Employee stayed around until manager came down and personally authorized and completed the transaction at the cashier station. Could not ask for more.

Customer service desk is lazy. Employees don’t want to help you anymore.

I WENT TO GET SOME SHIPPING BOXES & THE BUNDLES WERE STRAPPED, I WENT TO THIS EMPLOYEE (AA GTLMN) WORKS IN LIGHTING AREA & ASKED HIM IF HE CAN HELP ME TO CUT THE STRAPS SO, I CAN GET SOME BOXES, HE DID CUT THEM & I ASKED THEM WHILE YOU ARE HERE WHY DON'T YOU CUT ALL STRAPS OF OTHER SIZES SO THAT CUSTOMERS CAN GET THEM EASILY, SAID HE DOESN'T WORK IN THIS DEPT & IT'S NOT HIS JOB (NO OWNERSHIP, NO DEDICATION) TO CUT THEM AND WALKED AWAY. HE WAS NOT VERY FRIENDLY AT ALL & HE SEEM VERY IRRITATED.

IF you can find an employee, more than likely they're going to be rude. Paid for a fridge on Monday with a Saturday delivery date only to be called the Friday before to be told delivery had been changed to May 18, 2021. An entire month. Then the appliance salesman was absolutely rude. I will never shop there again. I will continue to drive out of the way to another store.

I cannot say enough about the experience I had at this store lately. I have been there several times this week and the customer service was outstanding.

Nice store plenty of stock on hand and employees like Dee Dee in Customer service that made the experience that much better. Employees very helpful in helping us find what we needed.

Excellent service employees were very attentive and helped me choose out what I needed. Very satisfied with my experience at this Home Depot location. Alicia was the one that helped me choose the correct blinds that I needed.

Dee Dee and Susan are excellent, friendly professionals - need more like them!
