Yesterday, I bought a strawberry plant from this location. I arrived there wanting a plant but not very sure of which one I wanted. The cashier, Yazmin, was very friendly and kind and aided me in the idea to get a strawberry plant. I am looking forward to this plant's future thanks to the great service!

A little bit better supply at this store than some of the others. The cashiers are very good and they even point out sales.

I am disabled use a walker. If I have to go back into the store I can always ask or they offer to bring things to me. How's that for service?

Its sad that I had to put this out here, pro will call department staff are rude and disrespectful, no care for the service, I don't blame her for her unprofessional behavior, she is use to treating customer like that and no one has corrected for the things that she does, even the man that was with her did not show care for his job neither.

I bought a couple of bags of pea gravel today to put in the cracks in my yard, due to the 2023 drought in Houston, but they had holes in them. Melissa at the checkout desk took the time to tape up the holes so they wouldn't waste in my vehicle. Great Customer Care - not just service.

I purchased a water heater and installation for same day service. The work was done well, but HomeDepot is not truthful about the final costs. I paid far more than I was told for the water heater and installation.

Kevin does not know how to manage the store. There is no reason for a customer to wait 45 minutes to be helped. No reason the manager couldn't get me some assistance. No reason. Even worst the manager never apologized for the lack of service. He did nothing to try to resolve the situation. He thinks because it was announced on the intercom His job was done. I had 3 different employees call Kevin. He still did not.get someone to help me with the carpet.

I am impressed with the number of women who work here. They are helpful and it looks great for diversity. Plus the staff are always great.

I see frequently the cashiers at this location tries to up charge by scanning one item multiple times. I’m not sure what the end game is, but when cashing out you have to pay attention to make sure you’re being charged for only the items you bought.

Glad to have this Home Depot close to our house. Always have a good experience shopping there. Employees are always available if you need help and they are all cheerful and friendly. We know all the cashiers by name, and they know us. Store is always full of stock and tidy. Definitely recommend.

Everyone at this store is knowledgeable and helpful. I live close to two HD stores. This one is my go-to.

Laura is very rude, she greets customers with a glare, she doesn’t speak at all unless it’s with her coworkers. If you ask her anything she comes off as bothered and annoyed. I come to this Home Depot very frequently and she made my experience here terrible

I ordered garage door installation service and they never called me and showed up. Do not waste your time.

I come here quite often and every time it is such a breeze. Even when the line is long it is quickly worked and everyone gets to work in shortening the line.

a very nice perk for veterans, but I find that too often have to make an issue of requesting it. even then sometimes cashier does not include it. perhaps cashiers need training in how to do it? store personnel largely seem well acquainted with stock and locations of items in store.

Hi, wonderful location to shop at.

I find just what I need at Kingsbridge. If it happens that something isn't available, they will check the other stores for me. It's never been an issue to return something I didn't need. The staff are great and location is optimal.

U get what u need. Staff help locating the products in need, Ur needs are fulfilled in time, Economy is the key...

What a experience.. all done in 30 min.
